f zero 2

I downloaded this the other day for a snes emulator and it's pretty cool. It plays like the original and the tracks are pretty good. Luckily it plays nothing like the crappy maximum velocity game. This was only available by a download or something like that in japan and never put into cart form. I was curious if anyone else has played this?

just type in yahoo fzero 2 and there are only a couple of sites that have the download at the top of the list. not sure which one it was.

I didn't think Maximum Velocity was that bad.
Once you learn to boos turn, it's pretty easy.

F-Zero 2 is pretty fun, the jump on Mute City IV is rather insane.

yeah pretty cool. 1thing I luv about it - u get out of the track = u Xplode!! great!
should/must b on next wo!! that way u hAve 2stay on track :D
btw I tryed fzero2 for a while the got over to fzero1 died on the track b4 the last1 :evil:
like it coz it's not too ez. dont like the controll 2much thou.
for a snes game it's great!!

HEY! I just remembered I recognised the 1st track on f02 (fzero2) !!
I played it on a gbA of a friend!! or was it gb color? :o
anyway the game wAs released for 1 of those :)

Maximum velocity should have been called maximum slowness. holding down brakes and having to let up on the gas= thumbs down for me. I didn't say it was hard, just not very fun compared to what they could have done.

wiseman--you did give it to me before but I didn't have the stuff to run it.
