Wanted to post this in the Pilots Lounge, but it's leaning more of topic so it's here instead.

Those of you that like concept artwork and spaceships, this is the site for you.

Concept Ships (http://conceptships.blogspot.com)

Sometimes you need that break from looking up all those women online :D

Any ways, here's an artist that has some anti grav racers (http://conceptships.blogspot.com/2008/11/concept-ships-by-joao-ribeiro.html). The first one you see has that AG-SYS colour scheme. While there's one that looks like a Pirhana :)

Well worth a visit for fans of Freespace, Homeworld and other things that go boom in the night.

Joao Ribiero should be a lead artist of some sort for a new futuristic racer. Those designs are just pure sex on mixed media.

Fantastic work Gajo. I don't forget about you all the time. ;)

Apologies for the necroposting, but didn't want to create a new thread for a small little post. Besides, I was looking for a thread that wasn't a duplicate. Then I found this thread I created and decided to put my post in there. Besides, I found it on that site to begin with any ways.

So what is it that I found?

It's a piece of Wipeout inspired artwork by Rob Cavanna (http://rob-cavanna.deviantart.com/art/Racer-P-78698187) that was submitted to the Pepper Project. Rob even confirms it was his take at Wipeout in the comments.

When I first saw it, I was definitely thinking of Wipeout. Then seeing those white, blue and gold colours of my beloved FEISAR I knew it was much more than a coincidence for it not to be something inspired by Wipeout :P
