If you want quality that isn't dog vomit, you'll need to get a direct feed like I do.

The PS3 is using s-video. I plug the PS3 into a tv tuner on my computer (it has s-video in). For audio, I have a plug that converts the red/white sound cables (RCA) into a 3.5mm stereo jack. This goes into the line in on my soundcard. Using virtualdub, I am able to use the PS3 and record, at the expense of resolution and framerate.

Oh - If you've got a PSP slim or psp3000, you can get a cable that outputs in component. Then you can do a similarly tricky setup as I have there.
(There are other methods but they fall outside of the scope of this forum.)

You can talk about RemoteJoy, however not about what allows to run it on PSP.
gnesta, look up RemoteJoy Lite for PSP on Google ;) If you have what it takes, try it out, because it works really well even with PSP Fat. With Hypercam or other capture software you can make videos like this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-0SUD21VAFA&fmt=18) or this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yl6uy6T_QyU&fmt=18), which is awesome imo :D

Word to the wise though, it doesn't work on Vista Home Premium 64 bit (My laptop).
