Who designed wipeout pure?

new to wipeoutzone, but not new to wipeout, I was wondering who carried on what The Designer's Republic did so well. Was it made by studio liverpool or an external graphic design studio?

Thank you for the info, I am really impressed how you managed to revive the old wipeout spirit! Best wipeout since 2097 (ahh Talon's reach)

PS: does anybody know if any further zone tracks will be available to dowload?
