Signing up problems

I Couldn't find an ask questions forum, so i'm asking here, how do I go about signing up to post my records? I've tried the sign up option on the wipEoutzone homepage but after submitting my details I just get a blank screen and no password? Am I supposed to be emailed it or something? I'm kinda confused :(

Yes, I'm aware of the problem - something has gone wrong with it during a recent server move. :)
