Wow. that was impressive. Why doesn't PSP have some kind of video-out capability, though?

I actually just noticed a little video out icon located next to what I thought was just the headphones socket. Does anyone know whether this is only usable by games/umds that are specifically designed for it? Should I read my PSP manual?

nice videos!, psp slim has video out, with a normal av lead u can display umd's videos, n photo's but for games u need the componant cable with a ED/HD TV. no idea why sony decided too be dumb like that

First of all: In 3rd person? Boring!
Second of all: Are you playing @333mhz because your Pulse runs much, much smoother than mine.

Great videos! I'm working on some as well but I doubt they will be as impressive as yours

    Yes, yes you should

If you have a PSP slim, and a TV that supports 480p (progressive scan), and the proper connection cable (~$20 USD), you can play your PSP on the TV! Works very well, though, as Kandang says, it takes a bit of getting used to. And it probably looks best played on a smaller TV (on a large TV, the blown up PSP game will look like ass, or at least, like an Nintendo 64 game). Definitely worth checking out!

Nope, it's one or the other-- you basically just use the PSP as a controller when using the line out function.

Thx mate for all the good work you put in

You prefer not to race on TV directly? have you notice that micro lag which can be awful sometimes when you play with the components cable ?
