Hellfire - Nice skin. Did you do that online or in something like Photoshop etc? Black just looks so good.
Indeed. I suspect there'll be plenty more black ships to come ..
I've only put small areas of black on my Assegai I think totally re skinning it takes something away :-, poor egg look whats happening to these ships you spent all the time creating!!
I hope these totally black ships aren't really hard to spot online when racing, guess what'll be getting banned from any game I host if they are..
should be that har coz the trackx are light greyish
neverdown: do read the guidlines about posting.
My one was done completely in the online editor and all by eye. The only thing I really added to it was "Hellfire" on each prong, which I did a pixel at a time, the rest was just colour swapping in the palette and painting over any rogue bits that were left. Let's get some shots of them in-game, then!
Photo mode's in there for a reason, y'know

Simple, patriotic and effevtive.
Spruce it up abit of detail Stevo.
I'm confused. Why does there seem to be more than one "Skins" thread? Which one do I post in? This one or this one:

Anyway, here are my first tries:

So if you cant draw like me, just bugger a round with google. Try searching for intersting patterns, textures or search for the names of the wipeout craft and just copy and paste!
Enjoy!

The Skins Gallery thread was intended to be a collection of high quality skins selected and posted by one person both from his own direct seeking out and from suggestions sent to him [not posted directly in the thread] by others. The editor became inactive and as usual, other posters either having no understanding of the set-up or no respect for it misused the thread, setting an incorrect example for others to follow, and thereby created confusion.
SOS that one sees on many forums.
I have now closed that thread to avoid further confusion. If Rob wishes to do otherwise or the editor becomes active again or is replaced by a new editor, well, we'll see what happens with it; in the meantime, post your own skins in this thread.
