I've just recently joined and I just want to say that this game is what got me into Wipeout in the first place, I remember I always use to steal my brothers ps1 just to play Wipeout 2097 when I was a kid, I still got the original disc and yes ripped out all the soundtracks.
My favourite team has always been Auricom, the ship had a good balance of speed, handling, shields etc (Piranha became my 2nd favourite on Pulse), I've recently downloaded Wipeout HD I can say it brings back a lot of memories playing 2097 and I wanted to join a community that talks about the game and I feel this is the best place.
Everytime I see a Redbull commercial or the Redbull can I always think about Wipeout

2097 is a great game yet I'm still stuck on odessesa keys shows my level of skill there, even in the Feisar I can't navigate some of the turns.
