Jonny, in the rules for qualifying, would there be a variant of the 107% rule?

In History, the 107% rule was only used if the grid size fell under 26 cars, so everybody was instantly qualifyed for the race.
Since 1995 onwards this is the case and VERY slow teams like Forti (1995, slower than Minardi), or Lola (1997, didn't qualifyed for the only race they attended) could be a safety risk.

In the F12000 Regulations I used the Classic Qualifycation system with a Friday Pre-Qualy (to limit the number of cars to 30) and the Timepractise itself, while 26 crafts proceed to th race.
I just choosed this, bevause I like it ^^

Yet, I don't know what teams and crafts would take part (I'll give you a list later, ok?)
