Unable to use network code?

Hi all,

Just got Vita today, had to have 2048!

To my dismay, the online code doesn't work. I gather this means that the game might be for a different region; on the back of the brand new, sealed, box it says 'www.us.playstation.com'. Can I take it that this means I have bought a US game in EU region?

Could this also be the reason for my HD&Fury dlc refusing to install?

Last question, if this is the case and I get hold of the EU version, will I have to delete the game, all saved progress and reinstall?

If you look on the box and the rating is from the ESRB and says E10 or something similar it will be the North American version. So yes you would have to start again with saved data etc. I made the same mistake when Dead Space came out on the PS3, I got the Hong Kong version and couldn't use the DLC I downloaded of the UK store.

It does indeed say E10. Thanks for the tip. Shall have words with the ebay seller - at no time did they mention that it was the NA version I guess this is also why my HD & Fury dlc won't install.
