Default Video of Wipeout, ATI 3D Rage version

I asked previously on this forum if anyone had a copy of this game:
    http://www.wipeoutzone.com/forum/sho...D-Rage-version

I managed in the end to acquire one from Ebay, and here is the result: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IG3hd1humM0

This should be the first video on the internet of this version, and as you might see, the ATI Rage version is better than PSX, MS-DOS, Saturn.

    :redface...
I have a copy of it.
But I couldn't ever get it to work due to the requirement for Rage card!

Looks really good! Nice work and video!

Nice video, always wondered what the PC port looked like With the advent of emulators which can filter, interpolate, and upscale internal textures and resolution, it really shows how far the technology has come since then...

    Thanks

I figured the game would look very good with the new PSX emulators, but I was surprised it was that good! Probably the way to go if you want to play the game on a modern computer

That was a super interesting vid. I wonder if anyone has figured out how to emulate those old graphic cards?

    Thanks

Only the 3DFX cards have gotten an emulator, or wrapper as it's called. The best one is nGlide which is available for free.
