Newbie to Wipeout - Help on Pulse?

I'v only recently started playing wipeout in general and my first game is Pulse, enjoyable but I feel like I want to get more out of it like the packs and why not. I saw the option to create custom ships skins but when I'v tried to go to wipeout-game site but its not loading and I'm only taking a guess that the site is no longer active so I was just wondering is there still a way to customize the ships?

I'd appreciated any help.

Hey Animacomplex I just recently got Pulse too, and apparently the website is in fact, down. the downloads are still available, but only on the European PS network i believe. sucks for a lot of us huh?

The ship customization is no longer available.
The download packs are only available on the European PSN, but will work with any version of the game.

But wouldn't I need a EU PSN?

Yes, you need an EU PSN account to buy from the EU PS Store, and the DLC will be tied to that account. You can use the NA UMD, though.

Would I be able to download from the Pure browser... cause it takes me to the EU PSN store.
