Personally, I find the HD HUD the most beautiful, and simple. I wouldn't change it for other.

I always use the Wip3out style HUD. I like the minimalist theme, and the way the proximity detector uses an arrow, rather than a sliding notch.

Wip3out, the standard HD display is nice but far too busy and thus too distracting.
The warning icons are too small though

Wip3out HUD,.. i like its minimalistic and clean design, "less its more" i think
in zone mode, i prefeer the XL one, everything at sight
when you have less than a part of a second to check energy or your position, HUD is critical

HD HUD, because HD is actually my first game and I find the Wip3out energy bar hard to access. I also can't read the 2097 weapons. (embarrassing...)

I wonder if whatever's left of studio liverpool could add in a 2048 HUD, well, since it sortof is possible for it, right?

Wipe3out HUD.
The icons and gauges are a bit smaller and there is a color leading indicator for weapons which can be usefull, especially when you can pick up 2 weapons one after the other.

I use the HD hud. I like it for energy and weapon in same place. Good for making BR decision

I used to use the 2097/XL hud then I changed back to the original HD hud
