This. Or, for region's sake, this. After all, put them in your drive with your chosen PSX emulator, and you're golden.
I know what you're going to say, that you don't want to buy it. But fact is, you're talking about piracy. If you're able to buy it, then that's what you should do. None of the wipEout games are vapourware/ abandonware, so it's not legal. We're not going to help you become a pirate (or more of one, considering you could already be one), when will you realise this?

After your first topic in the Pure forum, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt here and assume you're asking for LEGAL means to acquire the game rather than repeat the same mistake again...

Yes I mean the legal thing to buy the computer version not to download it because I can't find it on amazon and I'm sorry for the mistake and how do I get an emulator?

Well, I have no real idea on where to get the PC version, honestly. I was on the hunt for that myself some time ago.
As for emulators, you can start by trying PSXfin. Unlike ePSXe, this worked straight from install for me, so it might do the same for you. Of course, we'd expect you to get the disc copy of the game. That way you can play it on console should you get bored of playing it on PC.

Damn right, it is. I don't even think 2097 is worth that price, honestly. It'll probably be likely that most of those copies that're for that price are in worse condition than the used, even if it says 'new'. It wouldn't surprise me, really.
