I enter onto 7-9 PM (GMT +1) but if no see people Online i go out and try 40 min. later.
Waht your name Online?
People Online use Cheats and cause Borings Races, other players go out for this persons.

I think SamuBrewl refers to these people who completely ruin the online experience, at all levels.
I don't care because i have the PS2 version (no online), but in WO HD some people tried to ruin the online records too (finding some glitch in anulpha pass making it easy to arrive to any zone you like), and i don't know if it happened with online racing too, but i didn't see any weird yet.
