I think one of you guys should take the reigns and get this thing running instead of me.
I'm really struggling to keep enthusiasm for a game that a cannot play, on a console i no longer even own!! Since my ps3 died ive barely even visited wz

I know what you feel OBH. I would have been glad to take the reigns of this league... If I could slow or better, freeze time. Organising online wipeout stuffs is mayhem. First, the major issue is wipeout hd was released a while ago now, and lots of gamers finally moved on to play something else (booooh).
And well, I believe a lot of guys here don't care that much about online competition (you have no idea of how many regular users here just ignored my cup invitation without any answer to my pm), due to real life obligations/lack of gaming time/no time to practice the hardest game ever, or whatever reason.
As the double league or the world cup, Xpand was an awesome concept, but running such event organisation would require at least one or two full time community managers, which is impossible. If I can renew constantly the interest of hd for myself, I'm not sure it's the case for the majority here. Nowadays, lots of people are just lurking the place from time to time, without involving themselves into world of wipeout, for the reasons stated above. Yeah this is sad, but this is life. And I fear the worse with the upcoming Gt5 release lol.

Yeldar and KGB, that is a nasty combination and one likely to win. Eh, I don't really get involved in these kind of things until I eventually become a better racer and manifest more experience racing with Auricom.

Bonnie & Clyde or Little and Large, they were both nasty combinations .
