    Default Some Drawings

Hi all, seeing we are in the mood for some drawings, designs, pics, etc., here are some sketches i made yesterday, some images im gonna put on this page r not wipeout related drawings i have made long time ago.

The first wipeout drawing is a classic f3600 feisar ag racer (excuse the innacuracy and the mistake on the feisar logo, lol, its upside down and missing a stripe to complete the "F", but i was mainly studying the shape)

Second and third are sketches of a modular single thruster prototype mainly for used for testing since you can take the control module (cockpit inside) which has the electronics, computers, controls, cockpit and emergency ejection system; i figured also that would make a suspension system for a human to be more comfortable, that goes against common test vehicles design, but since there r many g-forces and accidents on this would be really HARD..., also this is another reason why i decided to put an ejection system on the control module, with twin rockets on the front. You know the drill, crash an AG racer, eject the module, insert into another one continue testing with all you config. preset on the module and all the advantages it has etc.

Fourth is an assasin, description plain and simple as the concept of death (or maybe im lazy to describe or rather prefer you use your imagination, you name it)

    heres the page:

    http://espanol.photos.yahoo.com/bc/m...dir=/Mis+fotos

please see the pictures in their original sizes, coz theres also small and medium (yahoo automatically makes that....)

I will probably be posting more drawings and stuff, make some more wipeout drawings etc.

Ok its working now, but for some reason yahoo only lets the owner of the account to see the original sizes, so guests only get to see medium sizes and small...., theres a big difference with the original sizes...

Infoxicated this is just a thought maybe you can make a fanart section where we can upload our wipeout stuff?...

Thanks to DarkTrancer who donated webspace, here you can find the sketches on their original size, along with some great drawings and cg renders, dunno the author of those tho.

I love the design of the single thruster craft. The control module is great, as is the enormous rudder out back. Very "wipeout looking", but also unique! You should invent a company to create that craft, give it a name and stuff. 8 )

Very nice, Im impressed! Like thruster said, you did a fine job on the singlethruster concept.

you got a good perception of proportions and angles, very nice

Id love to show you some of my stuff and vice versa.

andreas@newelement.org, or icq: 142720927 , Im easiest to contact via icq, btw, if any other member feel like chatting about wipeout-related stuff or whatever, just add me and send me a messege

Thanks Task and Wamdue!, i will scan more of my stuff and contact you, i´d like to see your work; i was planning on asking Infoxicated if he could add a fanart section on wipeoutzone, seeing that there are many of us interested on sharing our work, but this is hardly a good time to ask him.

Task, you described it exactly as i wanted it to be; to remain true to the wipeout soul, but to have an identity on its own, im happy you see it that way too

When I installed a gf4 yesterday to my computer, the computer couldnt find the hdd when booting, So I cant access my mail nor icq til Ive fixed this problem, if the hdds broken it might take a while, if its just some conflict between the card and hdd, I´ll be up n running by tonight.

only artwork Ive got online right now is:

    http://www.newelement.org/andreas/community_sketch.jpg

    http://www.newelement.org/andreas/sentry.html

    http://www.newelement.org/andreas/showcase.html

oh , and a promo for a site Im working on
    www.gamecon.tk

its like 10% of what I used to have online, but the nE servers are going down soon so I had to clean my directory up a little.

thank you very much! I appreiciate that you guys like it, I already got a "sketch" for the site, but Im thinking of cutting down the community-feeling to just boards , cause Im not that good on the sql/asp part of it. Anyway, the site will mostly cover the online-gaming aspects of the 3 next-gen consoles, as the three of them are now releasing their online plans, I dont know when gamecube will launch their service, but they will do it sometime.

Im open to ideas and feedback, just e-mail or icq me and I´ll reply as soon as I see it.

    EDIT---------------------------------------------------------------------

heres another url, I made this wipeout drawing today at school, inspired by the artwork posted here I wanted to make my own attempt.
