Kigo - I've attached a txt file with links to dutchmen profiles so you can hopefully just copy and paste the code. I'm bored so maybe will do some others.

EDIT: I added england links too. I could just post them and you could hit quote to get the code, but there are already a lot of long lists in this thread so figured attachments are better to keep it short.

Kigo - i meant more like, open the txt file and copy/paste the code into the original list. It's all there so that the names should link. Like this:
