I'm also at 98% and missing 1 'no skill' trophy

. It's Gemini (play 20 split screen races). I played a split screen race once and was so turned off by the frame rate I never even mention the game has a split screen mode when anyone is over

. Maybe i'll get two of my friends to play 19 split screen races one day

I'm also at 98% completion and just waiting for the rather pointless Bling Brigade trophy. I'm on the case now sorting that one out thanks to this ace forum : D so its only a matter of time now before I earn my rightful place amongst the transcended!

ah ah you're right Reza, some trophies are a real joke

. I completely stopped with that transcendance quest a whiiiiiiile ago, but finally got the urge to go back to that stuff, and hope to finally complete it soon.

I've got all the trophies except for Gemini ... and I only have one controller. Is there any work around that can be used to get Gemini with one controller?

Yea, for gemini just hit the PS button and change your controller to '2'. Select player two's ship and ram yourself to death. Then just select '1' again and finish the race.

Hooray, finally can post here! What a way to ring in the new year!

Wipeout HD is the first Wipeout I've played. I picked it up early in 2009 and got just about every trophy except for Zone Zeus and Airbraker. I tried for close to two weeks but in the end frustration got the best of me and I moved on.

I just picked up the game again after a 6 month break to try the Fury xpac. My skills were shot, but over the last 4 days I managed to get my zone skills back up and picked up both trophies on Syncopia. Worst part? The adrenaline rush, pounding heartbeat, and shaky hands that kicked in as soon as I got to Mach 1. I choked several times at Zone 74 because I'd fall apart under pressure once I saw I was close.

Now to sit back and enjoy all the Fury content....

do zone battle races, no need to crash the other ship as it is done automatically. set it on the lowest zone possible on AP forward... then repeat.
p.s i wish i thought of this before finishing the first 18 races lol xD

Just thought I'd say that I've officially transcended. Got he Bling brigade trophy on Boxing Day evening so I'm 100% done and dusted. Big thank you to everyone who took part in that race, especially xaedrek for sending me the invitation! Looking forward to the next lot of DLC so the trophy list gets expanded with some more challenges!

As of 18:59 Central European Time today, January 31st 2010, I have achieved Wipeout HD Transcendence. It was with the completion of Zone Zeus on Syncopia that I did, after a game time of 86 hours 17 minutes and 16 seconds.

Long time coming, but well-earned!

My excitement is however muted with the news of the layoffs at Studio Liverpool. I salute you, Psygnosis. You were fantastic.
I wish you luck and fortune in your future careers. Thank you for a fantastic game. Thank you.

Today, at around 2PM, I got transcendance, after an incredible victory on Sol 2 reverse (was first during lap 2 and never got catched up).

Im having troubles with Zico and all gold elite. The others don't look all that hard, but those two scare the bejesus out of me.
