The track Velocitar is definitely the ultimate speed rush. If you learn to maneuver the course by hitting all the blue turbo arrows and get lucky with many turbo weapons, you can really reduce your lap time. It is one of my favorite 64 tracks. Controling the ship in 64 is much easier than the others, which makes even the hardest course easy. Also the fact that the "scraping" effect is used instead of just touching the wall and stopping eases the gameplay. I like this, but yet I don't. It's almost too easy, but the game still rocks!

it's a small wheel that has an analog up down switch. It actually almost works as good as a negcon for wipeout. It sucked for f-zero and rr64 though, but who cares. It has a auto on switch for two of the buttons so you can have gas always on unless you hit the button(which turns it off) so you can still get the turbo start. once in the game though you don't have to worry about gas at all. Pretty good. I have some gameshark codes that allow you to get random weapons even when you are in first place. When I go back to play this game i am going to use them(much more fun, even than xl in single player). But not use them for records. They will help in the multiplayer arena though.

    Default A tie

My favorite track is a two way tie between Terafumos and Velocitar.

Though it's hard to pick a real favorite of the two.

    Wipeout 64

    published by Midway
the video game company that brought you
    Mortal Kombat

They licensed with Psgnosis to make Wipeout 64, for the Nintendo 64 game system.
Midway's majority of games are for the Nintendo, so they wanted to be apart of the AG Racing game community. And got together to create WIpeout 64
