Racing Clubs?

I am new to the game and I like to race on-line. Does this board have groups of racers at different skill levels posted, so we can communicate with like skill racers about setting up times to race on line? lot of times I look on line and everyone is racing at the higher speed classes. I need to race at Venom, sometimes Flash. I race under the name Snusman. Thanks.
