XL slower than 2097?

This could just be me, but for some reason when ever i play Phantom / Pirahna in both games, 2097 just seems a tad faster..

Can anyone else confirm this??

1st : in term of feeling of speed ( speed sensation) 2097 is, imo, the best.
2nd :when you compare speedometer : with XL that's hard to get over 390 and for 2097 you can go to 480

But if you compare best race or lap records from 2097 and XL into the WZ tables you will see that XL is faster ( except on Talon's reach )

Arnaud, you are playing an ntsc game on a modded psx on a pal tv. That makes it look slower. Wait till you get to the states, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, ok that's enough of that.
