Where are the times supposed to be posted? I just put mine in the wo3se records table.

There's a thread for it. About halfway down the list in The Arena.
Getting the time in the tables is more important, but since everyone has their own preference for version the forum topic is the only place where the NTSC players can easily compare to the PAL players and the SE players, and vice-versa. You appear to be the first person to do it with SE, but I think I'll give it a shot on that version, too.
