gate crasher classics 2 related to wip3out?

ok, for christmas i got a cd (well 3 in 1 box) called ''gatecrasher classics 2'' as soon as i saw the case i instantly thought of wip3out.

(also some of the music is by: dj sash, paul van dyke, and some others involved in the music of the wipeout games).

does anyone know if the people who made wipeout had anything to do with the designing?

(i am sure if you type gate-crasher classics 2 in google you will see what i am on about...).

The covers of gatecrasher CD's are designed by the Designers Republic - the firm that were responsible for the graphic design of each of the wipeout games up until Wipeout 3 SE.
