If you mean that video, then yes, that's the new Wipeout (Wipeout Pure it's tentative title) for PSP (playstation portable).

Wipeout 4 (Pure not counted) for PS3 with massive multiplayer capabilities. Yes, it could get a lot better. ;-))

Seriously, I am not so much a fan of portables. I do look forward to a new Wipeout, but would rather like to see one on a console.
