I`m trying to find Wipeout`s records so I can put my best scores in but I seemed to can`t find it and should I E-Mail to infox?

There are no times for the original Wipeout.
"All" we've got is WO3 in all its versions and a future with XL.
If you're looking for times, check the Arena forum. Several challenges have been made on the original and the times made therein are impressive.

Yes I have WO3SE and 2097 best scores but still can`t put my new scores in. anything you can do?

The 2097 stuff isn't done yet, so that one won't work till we get an announcement that it's complete. The SE should go in fine, there's a table for that, I can't imagine what would stop you putting in times for that version. Unless the tables in general are just offline at the moment. What problem are you having when you try to enter them?
