    Bio

The AG-racing leagues have seen its fair share of unusual pilots on the grid. Whatever it is EG.r’s – now EG-X after their merge with Finnish team Xios – augmented pilots of Paul Cheung and Alex Reece, or the ironic pilot line-up of Russian pilot Platon Dhavoric racing for the American Auricom team and Canadian Rory Pinewood racing for the Russian Qirex team, the AG-racing leagues have had some unusual pilots race for various teams. No doubt that these pilots have caused some eyebrows to be raised or even controversy amongst racing fans and team officials. While there have been a number of unusual pilots on the grid, some never caused any kind of problems but rather became popular. A good example is Wolfgang Van-Uber, who became a champion for FEISAR before setting his own team up during the F9000, which still in existence as a junior team to this day. Another great example is the Miracle Eight – consisting mainly of Americans and Japanese teenagers – winning the JX350 outright and were able to show that a racing team doesn’t always need a French pilot to win championships. However, the most unusual pilot didn’t come from them but rather from EG-X. Zhen Guan is the most unusual pilot of the grid who has played a role in the JX350 for EG-X being one of the most passive pacifist pilot on the track, who was consistent with her results throughout the inaugural season of the JX350 but never won a single gold medal despite this.

Much like every test subject, Zhen was born artificially – or created for that matter. Zhen was known as Subject 9436 before she was given her name. Much like Xiu Bai, who was born in the same fashion, Zhen is a cyborg and her cybernetic body would grow with her. Unlike Xiu, Zhen doesn’t have the same intelligence or strength as her. Still, she was still smart enough to the point where she can solve many equations within a few seconds and her strength and agility grew through learning many fighting styles such as martial arts. Where Xiu’s testing process was accelerated thanks to her supercomputer intelligence and strength beyond human, Zhen’s testing process was normal like most other test subjects. And unlike Xiu, who would go very in-depth when solving a problem, Zhen would only show the work to the scientists. No words were needed from her, only results showed that she was indeed a lot smarter than the average human. Even a scientist pointed out that her I.Q. is at least one hundred points higher than the average human. Zhen was also put through many test regarding her body strength and durability was able to pass them with flying colors without showing no signs of trouble. Some scientists have said that she is the subtle version of Xiu. It was then that scientist began to search for a name for her and while many scientist began to come up with different names, it was Zhen who decided on her name herself when she wrote her name in various languages, in which she was able to learn herself as she spoke for the first time. After watching Zhen use many devices with ease and learning rather quickly within just a few minutes, it was then clear to the scientists what Zhen should be doing, flying an AG-craft.

Zhen was quick to be paired with Xiu Bai and Xue Lee to form EG-X’s new junior racing squad, Xios, the same name used when the Finland part of the team was still a junior team back in the F7200 years. Paired with professional third pilot Gabrielle Zuzovnitch as their instructor, the girls underwent a lot of flight training to prepare for the upcoming JX350 league. When Zhen flew for the first time, her movements were very passive. She never made any kind of aggressive moves during flight training, always staying on the optimum racing lines presented to her. Her consistency was well noted, but what about with other competitors around her? How would she fare against them? She was soon put against her teammates in a three way race on various tracks and it was well noted that Zhen would always be the last in half of the races she took part in. However, luck would seem to be on her side during these races as Xue’s aggressive behavior would cause her to lose focus and fly into walls or drift away from the optimum racing line, leaving second place open to Zhen. And a missed plasma bolt by the aggressive Chinese pilot forcing Xiu to move away from the racing line during a race gave Zhen an opportunity to pass her up and beat her. It was an interesting turn of events for the young Chinese girl, but how would she fare against the other pros?

Zhen, along with Xiu and Xue, were soon introduced to Mikael Repo and Yuen Chang of EG-X’s professional team. While Chang showed his courtesy to the three Chinese girls and welcomed them with open arms, Mikael looked at them with doubts, even going as far as saying that they are unfit to race – which would prove to be slightly true in the JX350. It was then that Chang – with Gabrielle’s permission – decided to pit Mikael against the girls in various races. Mikael raced against the three young Chinese girls and while he won his fair share of races, Mikael’s overconfidence would cause him to make a mistake or two, allowing Zhen – who was flying passively behind the Finnish pro – to slip by him on two occasions and take two wins off of him, embarrassing the lead professional pilot, for only a short moment. It wasn’t the most exciting thing to see, but impressive nevertheless for a junior pilot. Thanks to Zhen’s passiveness, she would be the pilot for Time Trial and Detonator events.

When the JX350 began, Zhen scored fifth in her first Time Trial event and third in Detonator, netting her first bronze medal. However, Zhen seemed to fall back to the mid-pack after that, but made a comeback on week eight to win another bronze to wrap up the Venom series. Then she was able to start the Flash series strong with a silver and bronze in Time Trial and Detonator respectively on Moa Therma, but wasn’t able to score another medal for the remainder of the series. The enigma with Zhen is that despite her consistent racing lines, perfect laps, exploiting shortcuts whenever possible during Time Trial events, and destroying all possible mines and bombs on the track during Detonator events, she never won a single gold medal. Some race analysts suggests is her competition were learning from her and were taking advantage of it. Other have said that she isn’t putting as much effort into the events where it should count and she is holding her true self back. Either way, she was able to do well in the Virtual series where she really shined, with third place on average across all Detonator events she took part in. Race analysts suggests if she would put more effort into her races, she could dominate her competition.

While Zhen was racing on the track many rumors about rivalries between her and the competition have sprung up, but were never true. Many have suspected a rivalry between her and Yin Ruan of Goteki would spark a fierce rivalry as both were competing in the same events and the fact that the Chinese/Finland team would be on Goteki’s target list during races, but not once they’ve created a scene between each other. Some have said it was because of their similar native nationality that the two Chinese girls never sought to outdo each other nor create rumor mill against the other. Nicolo Testa, the team head of FEISAR, was notorious for his outbursts towards EG-X and unfortunately Zhen was not exempt from this. However, Zhen seemed to be interested in why Nicolo was directing his hatred towards her. She researched on this and after time in looking into the matter, Zhen never had a problem with him either. Only a curious head tilt would be seen from her as she continued to research Testa as she raced on the track. However, she would have one rival to deal with.

When the Rapier series began Bulgarian-based Tigron Enterprises, a team that caused many nightmares for the racing sport, made their appearance on the track in a while, bringing them their lead pilot from the same country Polina Petrov, backed by the BSV, Bulgaria’s sporting channel and Tigron’s sponsor. It was believed that Polina would be doing a lot of damage on the track and her personality and her violent act against her competition during the race at Metropia showed. Zhen Guan was never the one to start a rivalry between anyone, but Polina would be the one to make sure that nobody would go unchecked, not even Zhen. For the first time, she would have someone to deal with. Zhen continued to use her consistency as her means for success and it showed well as Polina could never beat her records. It was also noted that Zhen was doing something different for the first time, keeping an eye on the Bulgarian team and their pilot. Why she was doing this was unknown, but some suggested that she was gathering data on her, which would prove to be handy during the Phantom series, when a weakness was discovered in the Tigron Bull ship.

When the discovery was made, EG-X found the perfect opportunity to strike. Zhen then received the order from her team to find some help to eliminate Tigron from the competition, permanently. She didn’t have to put a lot of effort into looking as the Miracle Eight sent out private invitations, a call for a union to destroy the Bull craft. Zhen and her teammates wasted no time into accepting their invites and when they arrived at the Amphiesum located near Las Vegas, Nevada, they got together with the popular group to plan out the way to destroy the Bull craft. Zhen would be gathering more data again, but it was something that she was used to. Throughout their time at the Amphesium and soon Tech De Ra, she was able to gather a massive amount of data for the junior pilots to use against Tigron. Which soon culminated into the Bull’s destruction during the final tournament race of the Phantom series.

Much like everyone else, Zhen was soon in the pack for the Season Finale Tournament for the first JX350 season and to everyone’s surprise she did well, scoring a number a good number of points for her team. Maybe luck was on her side this time around, maybe she was using the data she gathered throughout the season. Either way, her performance was clear for everyone to see and no matter how lucky she got, she did well. Many race analysts have said if she is going to beat her competition, she would need to step up her game. With the next season of the JX350 coming up, and a new line of pilots coming into play, she has been putting a lot of time into practicing her flying. Whatever it will be helpful in getting a gold medal is anyone’s guess, but only time will tell if this would be the case. Zhen is preparing herself again but how she would prepare is anyone’s guess. Only the next season of the JX350 will show if her training would pay off.

    Bio

Aggressive piloting in AG-racing has become commonplace in the racing world. Each pilot in the racing leagues, either pro or junior, have used aggressive tactics to get a podium finish, some more subtle than others. Some teams, originally Goteki and now Triakis, have used aggressive racing to snag a championship or two – though the latter was stripped of their championship title due to the RIDS controversy. However, the secretive EG-X team have some aggressive pilots to boot, and their junior team, Xios, is no exception. Xue Lee of Xios is the tip of the spear of the junior team. While she lost many podium opportunities due to her overly aggressive behavior, her skills in Eliminator and Zone Battle are second to none and the first season of the JX350 showed just that with nine medals under her possession.

Xue Lee was formerly known as Subject 893 before she was given a name. Like Xiu and Zhen after her, she is a cyborg. But unlike the young Chinese cyborgs that came after her, Xue was one of the earlier cyborgs to date in EG-X’s history making her one of the biggest breakthroughs in the team’s history. Unfortunately, as she was one of the earlier cyborgs, Xue suffers from a number of defects, including her eyes. She was originally intended for combat and heavy lifting purposes but EG-X decided to pull the plug on the idea at the last second. As a result, Xue was stuck with two different eye colors on each side but she would be using it to her full potential. What was worse is that she has a number of defects in her mind, causing her to lose focus on some tasks at hand or fly into rage from time to time despite EG-X’s best conditioning they’ve placed her in to keep her emotions in check. Some have said that her side effects is actually a blessing as she has experience human emotions and is as close as human as she could get. However, for all of the side effects that Xue suffers from she does have a number of up sides that she has over her teammates. For one, because she was one of the first cyborgs ever created, her body has been growing for quite some time, making her one of the more attractive cyborgs around. Another benefit was that her strength levels are off the charts and she can hold her own in many combat situations after running many simulations. Finally, her vast knowledge in technology meant that she could control any kind of tech she got her hands on at will and she was even able to use them remotely thanks to her left eye, which was originally designed for combat purposes but soon redesigned for her own use. This led her to becoming an AG-pilot for EG-X’s junior team, Xios, after multiple demonstrations that she outright crushed, almost literally.

Xue was soon paired up with her fellow cyborg friends, Xiu and Zhen, when forming the Xios racing team. They were paired with third pilot of the professional EG-X racing team, Polish pilot Gabrielle Zuzovnitch, to undergo instructions on how to fly EG-X’s FX350/400 craft. Despite Xue’s stance on racing of aggressive tactics first and racing later, she was able to handle the craft well and in conjunction with her neural bonding technology and her left eye she handles the craft as if it was her own. When thrown into simulated races however, she would always end up finishing in the mid-pack due to her aggressive flying which ended up costing her the race when it was required for her to finish the race in first rather than eliminate the grid. This would lead up to Xiu Bai claiming lead pilot spot for the junior team, but this didn’t stop Xue in showing her dominance when it came to Eliminations. In multiple Eliminator and Zone Battle simulated events, Xue’s prowess was shown and she was able to crush the competition outright. The team set her as a wildcard for those events and soon gave her another test, this time against the lead pilot of the EG-X team.

When Xue, along with her fellow cyborgs, was presented to the Mikael Repo and Yuen Chang, Mikael raised an eyebrow to the Chinese girls. Yuen on the other hand welcomed the girls to the team and hopes that they’ll do well over the course of the JX350. Before long however, Mikael wanted to test the girls himself when he questioned them when it came to racing, especially Xue since she was originally designed for combat. As Mikael expected, she was lacking in terms in racing and was able to beat her outright on a number of occasions…that is, until the red crosses on the simulated tracks were activated. Soon, Xue dominated over Mikael as she used every weapon at her disposal and even eliminated him from a number of races. It was clear that Xue was indeed aggressive and can outright destroy her competition when she is given the opportunity. As a result, the team gave her the race seat for Eliminator and Zone Battle events, where she can unleash her aggressive flying style against her adversaries.

While Xue was able to land a clean amount of Eliminations in the first event she took part in, she lost focus on the bigger fish and finished sixth place in the very first Eliminator event. Her focus on the smaller, minor targets meant that she was unable to outgun the others. However, her first Zone Battle event showed that she was in the JX350 to prove something and with a gold medal in her possession, it was no doubt that sometimes aggressive tactics were the key to victory. Her prowess was known early and many took note of it, but unfortunately she was quickly beaten by her rival in the next Eliminator, Densia Kysely of FEISAR. It didn’t take long for Xue to recover however, a silver in the next Zone Battle and a win over a member of the Miracle Eight Johnathan Hale, though he didn’t make a big fuss about and just let her have her enjoyment – he was a laidback guy after all during the time. Xue was finally able to avenge her loss against Densia in the next Eliminator event, at the cost of a podium finish. Xue’s main concern was just beating FEISAR to the punch however, and a bronze medal just happened to come her way in the next two Zone Battle events. This unfortunately meant that her focus would be on FEISAR alone and it would cost her many podium finishes throughout the Flash Series. Some analysts have even said that her focus on FEISAR is what is killing her chances at many medals. Xue naturally flew into a rage when she heard this but came to understand that. It was a flaw in her after all and some things just never change. She easily dominated in the Zone Battle events over everyone besides the Miracle Eight when the Virtual Series came along earning her a bronze medal in every Zone Battle she took part, after all she specializes in those events. However, Xue would soon have a new target to deal with during the rest of the JX350 racing league.

The Rapier Series saw the late entry of Tigron Enterprises, who were absent for most of the season. Their lead pilot Polina Petrov soon set out to cause as much damage as possible to her opposition and her destructive race in Metropia showed that her intentions were clear. Xue got involved quickly with Polina as she was able to beat everyone in her first Eliminator event. Normally, Xue would mind her own business but since she was Polina’s target, she might as well play the game. Of course, the subpar shielding of the EG-X craft meant that Polina won most of the Eliminator events over Xue, but she was determined to beat her at least once. Ubermall would be the place that she would beat Polina and she came out on top with one of the last eliminations before the end of the event. But everything has a price and many podium finishes were lost along the way, but it didn’t stop her from beating Polina in Zone Battle events and even winning a bronze during a Zone Battle Event at Tech De Ra. It was then that Xue discovered something with her enhanced eyes.

Tigron’s Bull craft have been infamous for being indestructible and while some have been destroyed, the only available craft that Tigron had something else that Xue saw with her own eyes that made it indestructible, an AI helping the craft regenerate shield energy. Xue gathered as much data on it as possible while attempting to crack its defenses. Unfortunately, she ran into a firewall the AI had in place in case of an intruder and had to pull out before it could retaliate against her. However, she was able to gather extensive data on the AI, its abilities, and its defenses, but she knew for a fact that she couldn’t do it alone and needed help, and she indeed receive help. After sending the data to EG-X, the team gave the cyborg girls orders to get as much support they needed to eliminate Tigron from the grid. Thankfully, the Miracle Eight sent out private invitations was their key. The girls rendezvoused with the popular group alongside the other junior members to take down Tigron. The plan, to destroy the Tigron ship during the Phantom Series Tournament. Xue and Ayaka were responsible for making the AI vulnerable to deletion and erased it for good. Those on the track worked together destroy the ship and the others who didn’t race coordinated weapon usage and attack formations, resulting in the Bull’s ultimate destruction and Xue’s ultimate victory over Polina. Some lucky people witnessed her cracking a smile at the end of the tournament even though EG-X finished fourth throughout the tournament. The junior members went their separate ways once the deed was done for the Season Finale tournament, but Xue never took her anger out of Denisa. After all, it was a thanks for helping her destroy Tigron. EG-X went on to finish in second place throughout the final tournament and fourth throughout the season overall.

Despite a number of lost podium finishes Xue’s successful aggressive flying, while messy, was clear for everyone to see and EG-X were more than impressed on the data she gathered. Xue has gone through a number of upgrades and she is ready to demonstrate that she is Xios’ tip of the spear and those who take her lightly would be eliminated. Combining cybernetics with a beautiful body, Xue is more than happy to race again and she would be ready this time to take an Eliminator event or two in the next season of the JX350.

    Bio

The best offense is a good defense. With aggressive tactics a common strategy in AG-racing, many pilots would engage with one another to eliminate each other from the race. As a result, some pilots began to adapt an old trick in the book when there was no AG-vehicles back in the early 21st century, defensive flying, by waiting for one another to busy themselves by attempting to outdo each other before giving the aggressors the slip. Many pacifist have used this tactic, some of which are intentional like Ezio Di’Rosso of FEISAR, who can see danger from miles away. Others are not intended like the number of gold medals that Sekhar Sahib of Harimau was able to obtain. However, when trouble was constantly on your doorstep, you’ll have to respond to it sooner or later. Hafiz Nejem of Mirage’s junior team MAGEC seems to be cursed with trouble coming his way all the time and he was able to fight it off every time thanks to his defensive behavior on and off the track.

Born on the border of the United Arabs Emirates, Hafiz always had to fight to get by when he was abandoned by his parents. As a child, he was always getting into trouble due to the unrest of the people on the border of UAE and the other Middle East countries that banned the use of AG-technology. As a result of this, Hafiz was always in the middle of trouble when trouble was amiss. However, getting into trouble unintentionally did have its benefits. Thanks to the troublemakers in his childhood, he had incredible strength, agility, and reflexes and was able to fend off many bullies or troublemakers that made any attempt to harm him. This also resulted in him making very little friends as a result of this. After all, Hafiz was only just defending himself from the people who were trying to hurt him. Though Hafiz made it through school as a child, his defensive behavior didn’t get him many friends. As a result, he was mostly along during his early teens.

During the end of his early childhood, Hafiz ended up getting involved in a bar fight when the fight came outside when he was heading home after a typical school day. As there were many drunks during the time, some of them ended up attempting to hurt him due to their misjudgment. As usual, Hafiz defended himself from the drunk attackers until he was the only one left standing. When the bar owner came back, he noted that Hafiz ended up defending himself against a legion of drunks after they tried to hurt him. The bar owner saw that the last bartender was unable to put a stop to the fight and sent him off and replaced him with Hafiz. Hafiz ended up cleaning up the mess that he caused earlier, but in turn, he became a bartender himself and was given proper compensation, including a proper home, meals, and money for his own use. Hafiz was living the life. No trouble, just a nice quiet life where trouble wouldn’t get to him. Or at least that what he hoped for.

On April 20th 2206, when Hafiz was on his way back to the bar to get some rest for the next day, two figures were found at the front entrance of the building. He rushed over to them and when he checked on them, he found out that they were girls, dancers to be exact. He didn’t know where they came from or who they are, but they were in a life threating emergency and took the girls into the bar for water and food for them to survive. After the girls recovered later that night, he explained to them what happened to them and took them in. The girls on the other hand told him who they were and where they came from as well as their situation and how they ended up here. After a few minutes of talking, the bar owner came in and asked Hafiz where the girls came from. Hafiz told them that they came from a destroyed village in Qatari and Hafiz followed up with some requests. He asked for the girls to be bar dancers for the place and in return, the girls would be given proper compensation, including food, water, and a home. The bar owner was reluctant at first, but after seeing the low income that the bar was getting, he agreed to the proposition and his decision paid off in the long run. For the next seven years, the bar enjoyed a massive income boost as a result of the girls, Alqamar and Alshshams, serving as dancers. A lot more people were coming to the bar thanks to the bar owner’s decision to keep the girls and as a result, the bar was given upgrades to accommodate the new demand and Hafiz was getting paid more money. Hafiz used the money to keep the girls fed and rested before each night and he over watched any suspicious moments in the bar himself. He was happy for the first time in his life and he could get used to the new lifestyle he found himself in. But eventually, trouble would find a way to get to him again.

On May 2nd 2212, when the bar was in the final minutes before closing, a drunk man entered the building. Hafiz didn’t recognize him and kept a close eye on him, before he started to make random remarks about the girls. Hafiz only made sure that he didn’t invade the girls’ personal space as he continued to bicker, that is until the man began making attempts to invade their personal space, which resulted in Hafiz using force to kick the man out. The following is a transcript of Hafiz and the customer that attempted to make physical contact with the girls, which was caught on a secure surveillance camera in the building:

(Hafiz) “Hey, you know the rules, you are not allowed to touch the girls.”
(Man) “What, you sensitive about them being my slaves?”
(Hafiz) “I already told you that you are not allowed to touch them. They are not for you to touch or buy. That is the rules here, and your only warning.”
(Man) “Why, what’s going to happen if I break those rules and take these girls, you going to cry?”

*The man attempts to grab the girls, but Hafiz intervenes and punches him squarely in the face. As a result, the man ended up with a broken nose as he fell back.*

    (Man) “You little bastard!”

*Hafiz climbs over the bar, grabs the man by the collar of his shirt with his brute strength, drags him to the entrance, and throws him out of the bar.*

(Hafiz) “That is what happens when you don’t follow the rules, now stay out.”

*Hafiz slams the door shut, locking the door behind him before returning to the bar for cleanup.*

    *End of transcript*

Three nights later, the same man who had his nose broken brought his gang of friends to the bar, killed the bar owner who was visiting before the night started, and burned the bar to the ground. Hafiz and the Raqisas sisters escaped from the back of the building as it was burnt to the ground. The three then climbed into a vehicle to escape from the gang that got on their AG-bikes and flew away. The vehicle they climbed into was an AG-ship, which belonged to MAGEC, much to their lack of knowledge of AG-technology. With the ship moving quicker than Hafiz can think, the girls took over the ship controls and while he was astonished on how the girls are using the ship, he took the role as a navigator to get away from the gang that was chasing them. He and the girls had no idea where they were going as they continued to fly in a random direction and before long, they found themselves in Dubai, with the gang on their tail. As the girls continued to use the ship, Hafiz kept a close eye on the gang as they dodged air traffic and as the gang was thinning out thanks to the air traffic which was getting in their way as the gang blindly running into objects and other AG-ships. However, the leader was smart enough to bring a weapon with him and he used the weapon to land a lucky shot on the kids’ ships, causing the ship to lose power. Eventually, they ended losing all power to the ship, but not before the ships emergency safety systems kicked in. The kids were strapped into the seats of the ships and they were prepared as the ship crashed into a nearby park. As the safety systems were disengaged, Hafiz wondered if the whole thing was magic or not as he had no experience with today’s technology. He climbed out of the ship along with the Raqisas girls and all three of them were unharmed. However, they were not out of the wood just yet, as the leader of the gang was still very much intact, albeit hurt in every way. He was still able to move and attempted to kill the kids. But just before it could happen, the leader was stunned by a shock Taser and fell to the ground. Before they knew it, the kids were surrounded by the police as they arrested the gang and them. The charge, ‘stealing a company AG-craft from an employee and damaging city property’, which was completely unintentional though the police said otherwise. Just like his childhood days, Hafiz was always finding a way to get into trouble. At least he wasn’t the only one getting into trouble this time around.

As the three were taken to court, Hafiz watched as each and every gang member was prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and they were sent to prison for twenty four to life, a relief that he won’t be seeing them again. Though the law wasn’t done just yet as it was Hafiz and the Raqisas’ sisters turn to be prosecuted as well. But before the prosecution could start, a man stepped into the court room and interrupted the process. That man, in a white thobe, was no other than Sheikh Mani Zayed, head director of the Mirage Anti-Gravity Excellence Center and the team principle of the Middle East racing team, Mirage. After some explaining from the man himself that he was impressed on how the three used one of his AG-ships without prior experience and that the robbed employee would be compensated, he requested that the three kids to be released under his care and the proper bail would be paid. The police accepted the bail and Zayed took the kids under his care. Hafiz was finally out of the trouble zone for once, though still upset about what happened to his home and job. After talking to Zayed about his home as well as the girls’ as well, Zayed hatched a plan. He would give the three a proper home and payment, but in turn, they are to race for Mirage as part of their junior squad, MAGEC. Hafiz and the girls agreed without hesitation. The training would be tough, but they knew it would be the only way to continue on with their lives.

The next day, the trio was paired with Farah Al-Qasimi, the most successful Egyptian pilot for Mirage and their training began immediately. At first, the kids’ results were poor at first as they had no prior experience to using an AG-ship built for racing. But after learning together as a team, the three began to astonish the trainees at MAGEC, pulling off barrel rolls, breaking lap records, and pulling off perfect laps. Hafiz knew that MAGEC, Mirage, Zayed, and Farah were watching at all times and he did not disappoint. He showed everyone that he is just as capable as anyone, all he needed was time to prove himself. Not to mention his weapon usage when he was simulated in Eliminator events. This made him the boy to beat in Eliminator and Zone Battle events and the girls would play a role in the other events. Now that he has proven himself, Hafiz and the Raqsis girls were ready to go for the JX350 league.
During their days off, Hafiz took the girls around Dubai as part of the girls’ requests so that they can dance in parts of the city of their choice. Hafiz was always on the side during these times and only watched as they danced, making sure that nobody would do any kind of harm. As a result, he and the girls became the topic of the city, as more people began to pay him to see the girls dance. He was the leader of the trio as he was the one doing the talking, though he believed that the girls would play a more important role than he would when the time came, it was just a matter of time. While his previous lifestyle was lost, he began to enjoy the world that he was in and even wondered what the other places in the world was like and how today’s technology worked, something that he would find out really soon.

Hafiz used his defensive piloting in Eliminator and Zone Battle events, getting some cheeky pick offs in Eliminator and Zone Battle events, resulting in a bronze medal at Vineta K and Talon’s Junction during the Zone Battles of the Venom series. However, the competition soon took note of this right away and began to target him and get him involved. As much as he wanted to stay out of trouble he was pulled back in right away, forcing him to engage his adversaries head on. The main perpetrator for getting Hafiz involved was Vangelis Demetriou of Van-Uber, who was taught by his superiors to use his aggression against Mirage in order to oust the Arabian team for ‘taking’ their spot in the FX350, 400, and 500 series. This confused Hafiz to an extent as the German racing team didn’t do much to improve while Mirage did. Either way, Hafiz raced against Vangelis and while the Swedish pilot would take a win or two over Hafiz from time to time, Hafiz excelled in Eliminator and sometimes Zone Battle events thanks to the all-rounder Mirage craft and the fact that the new Van-Uber craft was still just as fragile as its predecessors. As a result, Hafiz was able to stay a step ahead of Vangelis for most of the JX350. However, Hafiz’s main purpose was to ensure the protection of the Raqisas sisters, or the Sand Dancers by which many of the Mirage employees have called them by. However, Hafiz was in for a number of surprises when the Flash series came about.

Hafiz’s only objective in his life was to ensure the safety of the Raqisas girls during the remainder of his life. He made sure that whoever approached them knows that if they attempt to harm the girls in any shape or form, he will ensure that they learn the lesson the hard way. However, to his surprise the girls began to approach people themselves, even going as far as dancing with another girl with a very good talent in singing, Alexis Anderson of AG-Systems’ Friends in Speed junior team. It was their first contact with someone outside their ethnic world and it turned out very well. The girls have even started talking for the first time in years. Eventually the girls would bring Hafiz along and soon he was getting involved with conversations with the pilots of the Friends in Speed, Auricom Academy, and Goteki 35 junior teams. While he has pointed out to them if they harm the girls in any way he would retaliate, due to his protective and sharp nature. The girls however have said that they would be all right around their new friends and knew that they would be very valuable to them. He took the girls by their words and began to fly together in races as the junior pilots he befriended would gave him and the girls simple and technical advice on their ships and race techniques allowing them to get the most out of them. Although Hafiz wanted to keep his eye on the competition, he had to admit that there are people out there who are willing to help others, including him.

Throughout the Flash Series, Hafiz was seen ducking and weaving past weapons fire as the competition was focused on each other, allowing him to sneak up on them and pick them off during Eliminator events and even throw in a clever Zone Barrier in front of his competition in Zone Battle events. These events would lead Hafiz to earn two bronze medals at Moa Therma and his only gold medal of the season, a victory at Modesto Heights in a Zone Battle event. Even he admitted that he had to wipe the sweat from his brow when he had to work for the medals. He was given a lot of praise from the racing community and from his friends for his hard work at the medals he earned. Hafiz would keep up that flying style up to the Rapier Series.

As things were turning out well, someone decided to break the ice and turn the track into the battlefield. Tigron Enterprises and their lead pilot, Polina Petrov, decided to make the races a gauntlet rather than just a race and her wish would indeed come true during the Race of Infamy at Metorpia. Hafiz was glad that Alshshams was able to get through the race unharmed, however Polina was a serious problem to him and the girls. He would normally play defensively but Polina would show otherwise. Polina would go on her way to engage against the other competitors to wipe them off the track, including Hafiz and the Raqisas sisters. He was soon a target for her and his defensive flying would pay off. Thanks to her recklessness, she would completely miss her mark against Hafiz when she would target him and he was able to take advantage of it, resulting in him getting the jump on her. But Hafiz sensed something off about her and knew that there was more going on behind the scenes and his instinct would be right.

Before the Phantom series came about, he and the Raqisas sisters were given a private invitation from the Miracle Eight, the famous group of teenage kids who were dominating the JX350. The trio accepted the invite and met them at the undisclosed location in Las Vegas, Nevada. When he was told that Polina and Tigron were cheating throughout the Rapier series, he knew that his instincts were right. Despite his lack of technology knowledge – though the Miracle Eight have been teaching him and the Raqisas girls how to use them – he was furious. The Miracle Eight then hatched a plan to get rid of the Bulgarian pilot and team and told that they would need his and the Raqisas’ help in their plan to eliminate the cheating team. Hafiz was more than glad to be a part of this plan as he would use his pent-up aggression against Tigron and Polina. He was patient throughout the Phantom series as he and the Sand Dancers were getting more popular globally. After all, their talent was more than clear for everyone to see. When the race finally made its way to Tech De Ra, he was more than ready to give Tigron and Polina what’s coming to them. Despite Polina beating him from time to time, Hafiz was able to land a number of hits on Polina during Eliminator and Zone Battle events that even he cracked a smile or two on the track. Indeed, his efforts were paying off and when the Phantom Tournament came around, his work would pay off with Tigron and Polina eliminated from the season. No doubt that there were smiles all around when the tournament was finally over. Of course, not everyone was happy.

Tigron weren’t able to enter the racing leagues in the first place if it was not for their sponsor, the BSV, Bulgaria’s sport channel. When word got to them that Tigron’s only ship was destroyed, the sponsor was quick to send death threats to each junior pilot of the team. Now they were using cowardly tactics against the junior pilots. Hafiz scuffed it off, but he knew that if nobody did anything about them they would bring another Polina to the circuit and the cycle would start anew. Thankfully, his friends had a plan. Hafiz and the Sand Dancers joined them and the other junior members to report this matter to the race commission and with Krystian Atkinson on their side, the race commission finally banned Polina and Tigron from the anti-gravity racing sport and dismantled the team and their sponsor. However, Polina was still out there somewhere, but Hafiz is more than ready to make sure that she doesn’t rise up again. Hafiz sat out of the final tournament as the Sand Dancers were much better at racing than he was, but he did support his team until the very end of the tournament, helping the team score third throughout the series and with the team finishing fifth overall throughout the season.

Hafiz has shrugged off trouble whenever it came to him time and time again. Despite his intimidating appearance, he has become popular among the racing community as a guardian who would use his defense to ensure that the Sand Dancers and his close friends remain out of harm’s way. His Eliminator and Zone Battle skills were noted, but now that he would soon get involved in many other events, he has been practicing throughout the off-season. Hafiz is ready to show that sometimes the best offense is a good defense.

    Bio

Since the boom of AG-Technology across the globe, most of the eastern oil barons lost most of its fortune, and those who got rich off of it ran off to the Middle East, cursing the name of Pierre Belmondo, the founder of the technology and the use of AG technology was also banned in the Middle East as a result. That is until 2202, when history was made as a wealthy sand baron named Sheikh Mani Zayed formed the Mirage racing team, the racing division of the Mirage Anti-Gravity Excellence Center just outside Dubai of the United Arab Emirates and announced that they will be entering the AG-racing leagues. His plans didn’t work out at first with a poor showing at the FX300, resulting in the team dropping out. But when the FX350 came about, the Mirage racing team began to show results and carried them over to the FX400 events. The team went from a laughing stock to a team to beat in the upcoming FX500. However, unlike most of the racing teams that open the doors to anyone who can race, Mirage only allowed males to pilot their AG-machines. But the world was astonished when an Egyptian woman by the name of Farah Al-Qasimi made history and became the very first successful female Arabic pilot who raced successfully in the FX350 and 400 events. And with the FX500 on the horizon, she hopes that she can inspire more Arabic females to become AG-racing pilots. Her success will soon bring more pilots to MAGEC a lot quicker than most people will think. The Raqisas sisters changed the racing world forever when they became the pilots for Mirage’s junior team, MAGEC, astonishing the world just like Farah did.

The Raqisas sisters were born in a village of the Middle East country of Qatar, a neighboring country of the United Arabic Emirates (UAE). It is unclear what village they were born in to this day, but many believe they were born in the village on the very border of Qatar. The two sisters were born on the exact same day when their mother gave birth to both girls. Their mother named them Alqamar and Alshshams. The names would suit them well as Alqamar’s skin was fair as the moonlight, which represented her as the moon, and Alshshams’ was tanned, which represented her as the sun. The two learned how to speak basic Arabian from her parents when they were growing up. The village’s chief leader performed a ritual to foresee their future and believed that they are the key to the village’s future. The chief leader immediately made them the future princesses of the village to celebrate the occasion and were given many dance lessons to represent the village. Their dance moves were graceful and many of the villagers there claimed that their dances were ‘beautiful as the stars that dance around Earth’. However, their peace was only to last for a few short years. During their early years, their village was usually the target of a criminal Arabic gang that robbed valuables and occasionally kidnapped the villagers for various criminal acts. The village adapted to the many attacks that the gang would dish out by utilizing improvised defenses and has repelled most of the attacks and keep damage to a minimum, that is, until the gang came up with a clever plan.

On April 24th 2206, the village was attacked by the same gang, but this time using AG-bikes that they stole from the UAE to raid the village. As a result, they were able to bypass and destroy the village’s defenses with ease and completely strip the village of all of its valuables and people and burn down everything else. What happened to the chief leader of the village and its people is still unknown to this day, but many people assumed the worst fate for the village when investigators scouted the area which is nothing but a wasteland now. During the attack, the mother and father of the Raqisas daughters told them to escape from the village. Where they went to was irrelevant to the family as their only concern was the safety of their daughters. Without knowledge of direction, the Raqisas sisters escaped to the east as the gang destroyed their village and after days of walking with minimum food and water, as well as crossing a small portion of north eastern part of Saudi Arabia, the two ended up on the border of the UAE. As they got there, it would seem to be the end for the two as they only had minimum food and water, until they came across a place just on the border of the UAE, which will be their temporary home.

Someone spotted the two when they collapsed right in the front entrance of the building, which was a bar and a small motel for those taking a break from traveling who are going between Saudi Arabia and the UAE and took the two girls in. That person was the bartender of the place, a well-muscled boy going by the name Hafiz Nejem. He wasn’t the owner of the bar, but he had to do something for the two. When the Raqisas sisters recovered, Hafiz explained that he is a bartender of the place they were in. Using only gestures and a very small amount of words, the sisters told Hafiz that their home was destroyed by a criminal gang and they were forced to flee. Hafiz was more than happy to let them stay at the motel. The bar owner was having a rough time making business and needed something to get customers coming to his place else he would have to shut down. When he returned to find two young girls in his place, Hafiz explained that the two were from a village that was destroyed and the two retreated to the border of the UAE before collapsing from hunger and thirst. He said that he took them in on his own volition to save the girls. Before the bar owner told him to kick the girls out however, Hafiz also said that he found a solution to help the business, the solution being the girls. Hafiz suggested that he let the girls become bar dancers, seeing how they are dressed like one and the place was designed to have one or two anyways. And in turn, they use this place as their home. The bar owner agreed.

With the Raqisas sisters serving as bar dancers for the place, the bar owner began to see a massive increase in financial income as the girls began to attract more and more customers. Hafiz set the rules in the bar that forbids the customer in making physical contact with the girls. For the next six years, the girls served as bar dancers while being sheltered at the bar motel, performing for people who pass by between their travels. Hafiz said that the girls have been performing well and he is seeing more people come by to their place to pay for food, a couple of drinks, and to be entertained by the Raqisas sisters. He even openly admitted that something about them drew his curiosity. When the bar was closed up during the day, he and the girls went to the market to buy more supplies ranging from food, liquor, and even water for the bar. The days were passing by very quickly for the three as they were getting paid to do business at the bar at night and live their lives normally. While it would seem that the sisters would live a quiet life, their past however eventually caught up with them.

During another typical business night on May 2nd, 2212, just minutes before the bar was closing up for the night, a familiar man entered the bar for a drink. The girls took note of the man as they were dancing as usual, the familiar man is the leader of the gang, responsible for the destruction of their home. However, they had business to do and completely ignored him. Until the man started to make remarks about the girls being his supposed runaway slaves and demanded that the bartender to hand the girls over. Hafiz initially ignored the man as just another guy who didn’t have many brain cells, but his actions caused Hafiz to intervene. Before he can make physical contact with the two girls, Hafiz stepped in and kicked the customer out using force.

On May 5th 2212, just as the bar was about to open for the next night, the same man that had his nose broken by Hafiz, gathered his men with weapons to raid the bar and destroy it, killing anyone who dared attempted to stop them, and grab the girls. The girls recognized them as the same gang that destroyed their village. The bar owner, who was visiting to check up on the bar, was killed during the attack and the bar was burnt to the ground. The Raqisis sisters and Hafiz escaped via back door as the bar was set on fire. The three ended up commandeering a vehicle to quickly get away from the gang that gave chase to the three. What they didn’t know is the vehicle that they commandeered was an AG-craft, which belonged to a MAGEC employee who was looking for more recruits. Without prior knowledge of how to fly the craft, the three activated the craft by accident and it began to fly into objects. Hafiz began to struggle as he wasn’t experienced on how to fly it, but when the Raqsis sisters grabbed hold of the controls, they managed to keep it under control. Without waiting on how they know how to use such a ship without prior experience, Hafiz took the role as a navigator as his only concern was getting away from the gang that began chasing them on AG-bikes. The chase took them all the way to Dubai as the three began to use the ship controls to dance around the air traffic and obstacles on the way. The gang were armed with weapons and the ship that Hafiz and the Raqisis sisters were in weren’t equipped with any weapons and only safety mechanisms. However, with Alqamar controlling the ship and Alshshams controlling the thrusters, with the two occasionally switching off, the three shook off most of the gang that had poor control of their AG-bikes and ran into obstacles and other AG-craft in attempt to bring the three to a halt. As a result, this left the leader of the gang and the three of them in a single AG-craft.

However, the chase was not to last. When the pursuit came to Dubai, the police got involved with the chase when the gang began to thin out. To top it off, the craft was losing power after a lucky shot by the leader. When the leader was left however, the ship eventually lost all of its power and ended up crashing into a nearby park in Dubai and before the leader of the gang could get the last shot on the three, he lost focus on where he was going and hit an airbus, causing him to lose control and eventually crash nearby the three kids in the park. Hafiz, Alqamar, and Alshshams were unharmed from the crash thanks to the ship’s safety systems it came into play when the ship’s power was critical. The gang leader on the other hand was severely injured, but it wasn’t enough to stop him as he made one final attempt to kill the three. As Hafiz stepped in front of the girls to defend the girls from the gang leader, a stun Taser was shot from a police officer and the criminal was subdued and arrested. However, the police also arrested the three as well for ‘stealing a company AG-craft from an employee and causing damage to city property’, according to police reports.

As the entire criminal gang were prosecuted for murder, destruction of property, rape, and theft, Hafiz, Alqamar, and Alshshams were also in line for the prosecution process. However, a man in a white thobe interrupted the process before it can begin. That man was the team principle of the Mirage racing team and the head director of the Mirage Anti-Gravity Excellence Center, Sheikh Mani Zayed. He personally requested that the three kids to be released and he’ll even pay bail for them after seeing the three kids fly and maneuver an AG-craft without prior experience as he witnessed the chase via footage from a newsfeed when the employee contacted him that his craft had been stolen. The Dubai police accepted the bail from him and he took Hafiz, Alqamar, and Alshshams under his care.

Shortly after, the three were transported to MAGEC and were given a place to stay within the facility. Hafiz was still bitter on losing his only job back at the border and he asked that he and the girls were given proper compensation for the loss of their jobs and home. Zayed was willing to help, for a price. For a proper home for them to live their lives, the three were to race for the Mirage racing team. After all, he wanted to see how well Hafiz can do behind the controls of a racing craft and more importantly, the Raqisas sisters, after seeing the two use the AG-craft that belonged to MAGEC. The next day, the three were given a training partner so that they can be trained up for the upcoming JX350. That training partner was none other than Farah Al-Qasimi, the most successful Arabic female pilot in history. As the Raqisas sisters lacked the ability to speak advanced Arabic and Basic English, she started at the very bottom and worked with Hafiz in teaching them how to speak. Despite learning everything, the two wanted to remain quiet as only their emotions and action should do the speaking. After all, they were still thinking about the loss of their family back on April 24th 2206 and wanted to remain silent to honor the loss of their family until they were ready to start speaking.

The Raqisas sisters and Hafiz were eventually put under a lot of training on using the Mirage ships. The three showed poor results in the first few weeks of their training, seeing it would take some time to get used to the speed and handling of the ships as they plowed into wall after wall, not knowing what the airbrakes are for. Most of the employees even questioned why two commoner girls were racing as they, along with Farah Al-Qasimi, were the only females in MAGEC and Mirage. Eventually though within a year, the three began to use the ships as if they were a part of them. The Raqisas sisters, in particular, used the ships to make their own formations as if they were dancing and even mimic the best racing lines in the process. Eventually the two were seen pulling off barrel rolls parallel to each other when nobody else dared to do so as if the ships became a natural extension of their bodies. Slowly but surely, the two began to represent their names as dancers.

In between practice sessions, Alqamar and Alshshams were often seeing dancing in various locations with Hafiz observing a few feet away, taking the two around Dubai with Zayad’s permission. Whatever is on the warm desert sands outside Dubai or near beautiful sceneries, the two were the topic of the people of the United Arab Emirates and MAGEC as their beautiful dances caught their eyes. Alqamar was the most notable dancer at night as her skin would brighten up under the moonlight and Alshshams became notable during the day with her tanned skin representing the sun itself. The two began to be nicknamed by some of the employees of MAGEC. They were given various nicknames, some better than others. From ‘Dancers of the Sun and Moon’ to others like ‘Dancers of the Stars’. Though one nickname suited them well and will stick with them for the remainder of their lives and attract the attention of the world. That name was the ‘Sand Dancers’, given by Sheikh Mani Zayed himself after he observed some of their dancing. Just weeks prior to the racing season, the Raqisas sisters, as well as Hafiz himself, completed their training and were ready race for Mirage’s junior racing team, MAGEC. Farah Al-Qasimi was proud that the three were able to learn how to fly in just three short years and hopes that the three perform well this season. Hafiz was chosen as the team’s lead pilot as he was the only one able to talk of the three pilots entering the JX350 that represented Mirage, though he believes that the Raqisas sisters will be doing all of the work in terms of racing.

When the JX350 season kicked off, Alshshams was the first to score her first medal of the season, a silver in Time Trial at Vineta K. Alqamar soon followed up with two bronze medals in Time Trial and Detonator on week four and five respectively. The two did not score anymore medals for the remainder of the Venom series or any part of the Flash nor Virtual series, but they soon became the talk amongst the racing community as they were the very first few females of the Mirage racing team alongside Farah Al-Qasimi of the Mirage professional team. The two were even witnessed dancing alongside Alexis of AG-Systems during the Flash series after races during her after-race singing. While it did raise some concern with Hafiz, the girls soon began talking and told him that they would be their friends on the track and he agreed with their intent. Soon after, the girls became allies with the junior pilots of AG-Systems, Auricom, and Goteki 45 – who became known as the Miracle Eight and the Makanian Amazons – as they shared advice to the girls and Hafiz as well. The girls began talking for the first time in a long time. Their mourning of their loss of their family was finally over and the girls were soon talking with their most valuable allies on the track. However, they were not without some rivals to deal with.

Despite their pacifist nature, Van-Uber were one of the Sand Dancers’ rivals on the track. Though Van-Uber were given a surprise when they found out that Mirage’s junior team, MAGEC, was being filled by two young girls. The green and white Arabian team were infamously known to only choose male pilots for their lineup but Farah and the Sand Dancers alone caught the team off guard. Helmut was surprised by this as well, but still didn’t show any sympathy for the Arabian team. However, Mercutian De Gautet – Van-Uber’s lead pilot for the junior team – didn’t show any kind of aggression against the girls. Not just because the team is a pacifist, but the man showed respect to the girls. They had no race history and were doing surprisingly well in their first season. He hopes that he can race with them time and time again in future seasons. The Sand Dancers also had another rival to contend with who came late in the season, the much hated Tigron Enterprises, now stationed in Bulgaria. Their lead pilot, Polina Petrov, was a clear sign of what everyone dislikes about a pilot and this was more than clear for everyone to see during the Rapier series when she eliminated half of the racing grid during the Race of Infamy at Metorpia. It was then that the Sand Dancers did something rather unexpected.

With many pilots eliminated from the race as a result of an EMP wave emitted from the Tigron craft, the eliminated pilots were trapped in their ships resulting in many injuries to them. Amongst the nine pilots who were eliminated, two of them were able to miraculously avoid injuries. EG-X’s Xiu Bai, who escaped from her craft before its destruction via beautiful acrobatics, and Mercutian De Gautet of Van-Uber Racing, but remained trapped in his craft. While the Miracle Eight managed to get the injured to the nearest hospital in Kyoto, there were no craft available to tow back the destroyed ships on the track after the EMP wave hit. However, Alqamar left Mirage’s team garage with towing cables and hooks and attached them to her craft, Alshshams’ craft when she stopped by after the race was over, and Hafiz’s craft and the three soon began to tow back the destroyed craft on the track, starting with Van-Uber’s since De Gautet was still trapped in his ship, albeit uninjured. Helmut was surprised by the Sand Dancers’ move as the Mercutian thanked the junior Arabian team for rescuing him and pulling his and the other ships back to the pits. He has gone on to thank the Arabian team for helping the German team in the direst situation. Despite this delighting moment, this was not to last. With Polina and Tigron on the track, they would be the team to watch out for in race and Eliminator events. However, what people did not expect is that the Rapier series would be the Sand Dancers’ best.

During the first Time Trial on Metorpia, Alshshams scored her first gold medal of the season. Alqamar soon followed up with a bronze in the first Zone event and a gold in the reverse Time Trial event despite the events before it. The moon soon struck again with a gold medal in the first race at Ubermall and the sun scored three bronze medals during both Detonator events at Ubermall and the second Time Trial. The two have shown that they are truly dancers of the sand as they scored their respective medals. Many fans were astonished and the Sand Dancers’ allies and fans congratulated them on their medals. It would be their best of their season. Of course, Polina made many attempts to win races against the girls, but the Sand Dancers were very clever. They used Polina’s own recklessness against her and danced around her, letting her make the first mistake before slipping by her. However, the Sand Dancers knew that Polina was using ‘tricks’ to get the upper hand in some of the races they took part in and this was revealed to the most keen of people when the Tigron Bull craft revealed a crack in its armor. This drew the attention of Polina’s rivals as well as the Sand Dancers and they knew that they would need some assistance to eliminate Polina off the track. That, came in the form of an invitation from the Miracle Eight group themselves. The right people with the right mindset, the girls and Hafiz accepted the invitation and found themselves with the other junior members to organize a plan to eliminate the Bull craft and Tigron from the league. The Sand Dancers would be playing the aggressive role this time. However, they’ve been exposed to aggressive tactics in many past races, especially with Polina around.

When the race came to Tech De Ra in Arizona of the United States, they began to use their elegant flying with a hint of aggressive racing to force Polina out of their way and damage her craft in the process. This took her and the fans by complete surprise as she was blocking the girls’ path. They would normally dance around her but Polina has adapted to their strategy and began to block their path. This however, has ignited the fury of both the sun and moon. With all weapons pointed at her, all of the hits the Bull craft took ended up culminating into Polina’s elimination and Tigron’s only craft available to them in the junior leagues. A smile surfaced on the Sand Dancers’ face when they saw the craft explode, singling the end of a terrible evil that would’ve took over the racing league. They were safe, for now...until Tigorn’s sponsor, the BSV, decided to send death threats to everyone. The evil was still there and if not silenced, it will spread throughout the world. The Sand Dancers knew this well, their time at their home village, what the chief of the village taught them about the world outside their home during their younger days, and Tigron showed them if the BSV was not stopped, the cycle will repeat. Thankfully, they had many friends to count on. The Miracle Eight were also in the process of reporting this matter to the race commission and the Sand Dancers and Hafiz joined them and the other junior members of their respective teams to report this matter to the race commission. With Krystian Atkinson’s help, the junior members successfully reported the matter to the race commission and the BSV were soon banned from broadcasting the junior leagues and dismantled soon after and the evil has been silenced for good. The girls smiled when the news that they have suppressed the matter before it could become a big deal. The girls went on to participate in the Season Finale Tournament of the first season of the JX350 league, helping MAGEC finish third in the final tournament thanks to the many ties between them and Van-Uber, as well as the tie between AG-Systems and Auricom and the tie between Goteki 45 and EG-X. The Arabian team finished fifth overall in the season, a good way to end the season.

Despite finishing fifth overall, the Sand Dancers have made a huge impact on the racing league alongside the Miracle Eight, the Makanian Amazons, and EG-X’s new cyborgs. Like Farah Al-Qasimi, the Sand Dancers have astonished the world and made history, becoming the most successful female Arabian pilots in the racing leagues today. Their elegant dancing on the ground and their flying techniques have become a sight to see for many racing fans to see. As a result, many journalist have requested to interview both of them. A debate about who was the better dancer between the two girls was abound but as both girls have said in an interview, they see each other not as opposites but as equals. The girls continue to perfect their dance techniques for everyone to see and practice their flying for the next season. Alqamar, the moon, and Alshshams, the sun, truly presented themselves as the Sand Dancers and they will continue to do so as long as they remain on the track. With many allies and friends alongside them to support them, their presence will be felt around the globe and through the future.

    Chapter 22

(Tarvus) “We've got a lot of young potential professional pilots on our hands here. These kids are proving that they can even match the professionals on the circuit.”
(Editor) "Some are better than others. The Miracle Eight stand out the most."
(Krystian) "They'll be the ones to beat in the next season. I do hope that they continue to put up a good show for the racing fans."
(Tarvus) "I do hope so too. Now, I believe we have one more profile to look at."
    (Krystian) "Polina Petrov."
(Editor) "Yep, and she is here with the other profiles as well."
    (Tarvus) "May we see it?"
    (Editor) "Of course."

The editor swiped his hands to pull up the last and final profile...

    Bio

Throughout the history of AG-racing there have been a number of aggressive pilots. From Omarr Khumala of Tigron, the Triakis pilots, and sometimes Tauban Ferrai and Andrea Santiago of Goteki 45 – though they have been keeping their aggression in check thanks to Noelai Kekumu. Despite the number of aggressive pilots in today’s racing leagues, most of the pilots have showed good sportsmanship at the end of every race. Rarely has anyone have used pure aggression to get the top step since the infamous F9000 racing league or even since Goteki 45 have used aggressive racing methods to win their first podium at P-Mar Project. That is, until a particular pilot came along who entered the JX350 league late along with the bane of AG-racing and was hated throughout the racing leagues. Bulgarian pilot Polina Petrov was the pilot who served for Tigron Enterprises, a team that was better forgotten than remembered and the one who caused the injury to many pilots during the race of infamy at Metropia Reverse and to spectators at the same track.

Her early history is unknown, but most people have said that she came from a wealthy family who has used every exploit in the market to make as much money as possible. It was clear that her parents were able to implant every idea they’ve used to make her what she is now. It was also said that her parents were members, or the succeeding family members, of the corrupt Tigron Enterprises, who survived the fall of the F9000 and the global depression that came with it to live in today’s society, eventually giving birth to the Bulgarian girl. Aside from that, there was no other information regarding Polina’s early life as there have been no other information about her.

Polina didn’t come on radar at first, but she soon began to be a big blip later on. It all started when she attended the Good Smile Racing Academy in Tokyo on its very first year of school. It is unclear how she even got into the school without top marks from her previous schools, or even how she was given the honor of being the top student at the academy without having to take the first part of the initial evaluation test, which should’ve been given to Ayaka Hamasaki, another student at the academy who aced the test legitimately. There was rumors that Polina, or someone associated with her, bribed her way through. She then used it as a momentum builder to attempt to completely take over the academy and turn it to something that nobody wanted to be. Whoever was pulling the strings was being very aggressive about it.

Her next targets would be five students that passed the initial evaluation, but thanks to their efforts her attempts to take over the academy was halted, albeit for a short time before she resumed her attempts. Despite holding many school records, the first one was broken during the second part of the initial evaluation, bringing Polina’s plan to take over the school to a dead halt. The new top students were Michael Sanderson, Mizuki Nakajima, Alexis Anderson, Sora Akiyama, Johnathan Hale, Hitomi Yamaguchi, Eric Patterson, and Ayaka Hamasaki. Polina began to target the eight students as a result of them ‘stealing’ the top spot from her after she was demoted to the lowest tier in the academy. After that, everything began to fall apart for her. She was unable to score a single passing grade in her exams and constantly bashed the other students for not ‘following’ her beliefs. Only one remedy for this was the fact that she made something that actually stood out to the teachers and professors during the invention festival, an AG-kart which she used to race around the school on a small race track that surrounded the school, but it was quickly eclipsed by the top eight students’ inventions that were more stylish and had more uses than an AG-kart. After that, it went downhill from there for her.

Many school records that Polina held were broken left and right by the top eight students of the academy and even she began to lose relevance. She had no choice to challenge them to a race in order to stay in the academy since her grades in the academy were poor. She used whatever it took to win a race, but her skills were lacking and it quickly showed. As a result, she resorted to dirty tactics from bashing others students in AG-karts out of her way to gain first place, but she couldn’t keep her ground as the top eight students were able to keep up using only their inventions, Adaptive Flight Suits made by Mizuki and AG-hoverboards made by Michael. Her dirty attempts to stay in the academy soon backfired when she failed to beat them and ended up damaging school property when her attempt to run Michael off the track missed as he jumped over her in style. This lead to her permanent expulsion from the academy shortly after. What happened after she left the academy in shame remains unknown as no other records were found.

In 2215, during the Rapier series of the JX350 racing league, she appeared again. However, she went through some…changes. Her irises were a different color from her younger years and now she was a pilot for Tigron Enterprises. There were a lot of speculation as to why Polina was now the new lead pilot for Tigron rather than Sofia Shadayim, who was the lead pilot for the team at the time of the JX250 and FX300, though people have suggested that Sofia was promoted to the lead pilot seat for the FX500 and Polina was given the lead pilot for the JX350. When she entered the JX350 league, she immediately set out to cause as much damage to the opposition and targeted the Miracle Eight for ‘ruining her dreams’.

When it came to no weapon races or where weapons didn’t play much a factor in races, she ended up in the back of the pack due to her extremely poor piloting skills and recklessness. However when the weapons were active and in Eliminator events, she used them to her advantage. As a result, many pilots were injured by her aggressive behavior during the ‘Race of Infamy’ on Metropia Reverse, with the exception of two pilots, going as far as eliminating almost the entire grid with Michael of AG-Systems, Johnathan of Auricom, Scarlett of Goteki, and Alqamar of Mirage surviving the race. When the other teams were thrown into chaos and Michael in second place and Johnathan in third absent to get their rivals to the Kyoto University Hospital after suffering severe injuries no thanks to Polina, she was the only pilot present on the podium as she and the BSV were present, with the latter playing the Bulgarian anthem as she was given her second gold medal of the season, though she was soon booed off by the spectators very quickly.

Polina continue to target the Miracle Eight using misinformation to ‘ruin and return the favor’ against them. However, nobody took her information seriously and continued to scorn her, knowing that she is only causing damage to the sport. She then started targeting and injuring the spectators during the Rapier Tournament at Metropia. This resulted in some of the spectators frightened in fear, but many others were angered by her actions which have gone too many steps too far. Many other teams began to focus on her and Tigron to keep them away from the podium as much as they could, though she was able to score seven gold medals total despite their efforts.

With Tigron causing a lot of damage in the JX350 racing league, there were rumors abound that the league will collapse and the F9000 era will repeat itself. However, the Miracle Eight were able to debunk the rumor and prevent it from happening. When a crack in the Tigron ship was discovered during the Rapier series at Ubermall, the Eight soon laid out plans to rid of Tigron’s only ship that was available. The ship was equipped with an artificial intelligence which is able to regenerate the shields of the TIgron ship and the Eight were able to find and exploit the weakness to rid of the AI so that the ship can be vulnerable to damage. After discovering too late that the Tigron ship’s AI was erased and the Bull ship now easily vulnerable to damage, Polina was eliminated by Michael on the third to last lap of the Phantom Tournament at Tech De Ra Reverse. After the race, Polina was permanently banned from the AG-racing sport and from every sport along with Tigron Enterprises and the BSV, with both dismantled later on.

Despite her elimination and ban, Polina was nowhere to be found after her destroyed ship was inspected. She ejected from her ship upon its destruction and no traces of her were discovered. People began to wonder and speculate what she is up to now that she is in hiding, but nobody has found any whereabouts of her. It has been rumored that Polina still exists somewhere in the shadows and is now initiating a new dark plan...

    Epilogue

(Editor) "And that is all of the profiles we have on our junior pilots."
(Tarvus) "Very good, prepare them for archival."
    (Editor) "Yes sir."

With a few swipes of his hands, the editor gathered all of the profiles before him and the race commissioners and moved them into a single entity as they were organized. Shortly after, the files soon disappeared in a blink as they were archived.

(Krystian) "What should we do about the Bulgarian girl?"
(Tarvus) "Many authorities around the world will be looking for her. Once they find her, she'll be charged for the damage she caused on the sport."
(Krystian) "I guess that part is out of our hands for the time being."
(Tarvus) "Sadly, but we'll make sure she doesn't go unchecked."
    (Krystian) "That's good to hear."
(Tarvus) "On the other hand, I suspect that we'll be having more interesting talent come on the circuit really soon."
(Krystian) "Indeed. The newly opened academy is proving that they have produced some of the best pilots of this new generation."
(Tarvus) "Which reminds me, do we have any information on the new academy?"
    (Editor) "I believe I do."
(Tarvus) "Ah, that's good. Let's see what we have on them."
