Default JX350 Racing League Pilot Profiles

This thread will have all of the pilot profiles of the JX350 racing league. The idea came from the JX350 Roleplay thread by Challenger #001 and Synergy2048's pilot profiles. This fanfic mashes the two worlds together to form the new JX350 Racing League Pilot Profiles.

I would like to give a shout out to those two for making such a creative Wipeout Universe.

*This chapter contains some of Challenger's characters.

A couple of semi-transparent screens appeared in a dark room before an editor as he began to type in some info. The man, who was in a white-collared shirt, business pants, was working like a man possessed, working quickly as if a deadline was coming up, his green eyes glued to the screens before him, sometimes using his hands to flick specks of his brown hair away from his view. The info he typed was a biography of sorts as he used a holographic style keyboard to enter the info. While there were some info that was missing, the man typed in what he knew about the many people who appeared on the screen before him. He moved his hands about to move from one screen to another as he managed to fill in as many blanks as he could find with the right info if necessary. Soon though, he finally managed to finish up the last bio of each person and with a couple of quick swipes, he was able to sort out all of the biographies of every person and placed every screen of each bio in front of the man.

With a smile, he was finished with his writing and editing when a door behind him slid open with a hiss. The man was in his middle ages as he wore a business suit, complete with dress shoes, with his black with some specks of gray hair naturally down, but still not disruptive in a professional environment. He stepped into the room as the editor turned to face him as he got out of his chair, opening his right hand as the businessman did the same to greet each other when he made eye contact with his brown eyes while firmly shaking each other’s hands.

    (Editor) “Mister Krystian Atkinson.”

Both of them soon let their hands go.

(Krystian) “Are the info on the junior pilots finished?”
(Editor) “Just got it done sir. I got as much info as I could. They are ready to be published to the archives with your approval.”
    (Krystian) “How much is missing?”
(Editor) “The Tigron girl has some missing info. Because Tigron was able to purge their systems of all of their data, I was unable to get all of the info. Aside from her though and some information I can’t get a hold of, everyone else is done.”
    (Krystian) “What kind of info?”
(Editor) “Personal life stuff for some of the pilots.”
(Krystian) “Very well, it is not necessary to get every minor thing.”
(Editor) “Anything else you need done before this gets archived?”
(??????) “I just need to look at the info myself before it gets published.”

Another man was standing at the doorway and much like Krystian, he was in a business suit and dress shoes himself. His black hair was combed back as he kept his appearance as professional as possible. He walked forward to Krystian and made eye contact with him with his lavender eyes and as Krystian turned to face him, he kept his own pure brown eyes on the man before him as they both shook hands before letting go again and spoke to each other.

    (Krystian) “Mister Tarvus Orcorus.”
(Tarvus) “Mister Atkinson, it’s good to see you. Has our editor finished his job?”
(Krystian) “Yes sir, he just finished the bios on all of the junior pilots. He is ready to publish them once you get a look at them.”
(Tarvus) “Anything I should know before I do?”

Krystian cleared his throat before proceeding.

(Krystian) “There is some missing info for the Tigron girl. Tigron was able to purge their systems before the editor could get his hands on it. However, the editor has gotten the important bits for her and was able to fill the blanks with them. There are some personal bits about some of the other junior pilots our editor couldn’t get a hold of either, but it shouldn’t be much of a concern.”
(Tarvus) “I see. It is not necessary at this point. Good work.”
(Krystian) *sigh* “It was also a very dangerous call to keep the season going and not expelling that girl sir, even after that race at Kyoto. A lot of pilots got hurt on that day and it was only thanks to ‘them’ that all of the pilots were saved. Not to mention how many spectators got hurt by her as well.”

Tarvus nodded as he replied, straightening his collar and tie as well.

(Tarvus) “I personally made sure that Tigron and their sponsor, the BSV, were dismantled. They shouldn’t be anyone’s problem anymore.”
(Krystian) “Let us hope so. I would like the next season for the junior league to go more smoothly and never see them again.”

The Dane tucked in his collar a bit.

(Tarvus) “I will make sure it does. Now, about the bios.”
    (Editor) “Here they are sir.”

The editor placed his hands before the screens as they floated towards him. He then floated his hand over the first screen before he gave it a tap. The two race commissioners as well as the editor began to examine the bios before them…

    Bio

As an old saying goes, if you want first place in AG-racing, you need a Frenchman. AG-Racing is not an easy sport to get into and while the junior leagues were set up to welcome new and skilled pilots to the professional leagues of the FX series, many would have a shaky season or two. This especially applied to Mercutian De Gautet of Van Uber, who has been in the junior league for two seasons despite not winning a single race. It is not to say that some pilots have graduated from the JX series to the FX series; including Garielle Zuzovnitch, Tara Shannon, Morgan Victius, Park-So-Gun, and more recently Ishak Bin Yusof. With more junior pilots coming into the JX series, many other teams began to set up junior teams of their own, including AG-Systems’ Friends in Speed junior team and Qirex’s Quantax Dynamics junior team; even Piranha reinstated their junior team, Amazon Fury, to compete in the junior leagues. Many new pilots were soon turning up for the upcoming JX350 racing league to compete in the hotly contested JX350 league. One pilot however, along with his friends, changed the racing world forever thanks to their amazing first season and, despite their young age, they made AG-racing look so easy and turned the common phrase on its head. That pilot is Michael Sanderson, the American lead pilot of AG-Systems’ Friends in Speed Junior racing team and the leader of the group the Miracle Eight, who dominated the first JX350 season, making him one of the youngest pilots with the best start in his racing career.

Born in a small town near Los Angeles, the city of entertainment and the location of the race track that hosted the final race of the JX350 Season Finale Tournament in 2217, Michael Sanderson is the only son of a hardworking, low income family. Born on November 2, 2202, the family was struggling financially. Despite being promoted up to higher ranks in the AG-Systems workforce by Sakura Tanaku and Inatu Itsua for better pay, the debt on the family was increasing by the day. However, they were given a huge raise to their paychecks if they were to work at AG-Systems’ main facility in Tokyo, Japan. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the money to cover the traveling expenses for all three of them. It was then on a fateful day when the family met someone special that would be their lifeline. After another day at work was over, days prior to their deadline to head to Japan, the father and mother of Michael Sanderson ran into the world famous body builder and AG-Racer of Triakis, Buster Harding. He noted that the family was having financial trouble and he offered a way to help them. He said that he normally takes clients for body building and conditioning, but he wanted to try something new. With the family’s permission the Sanderson family’s son, Michael Sanderson, was placed under Buster’s care while they were at work in Japan and pay off any debts they have as well as the money for the trip their and afford a home in Tokyo. The family sold their previous home and would go on to pay off their debts and make money for a better life in Japan.

Buster Harding was used to working for his clients for only a couple of weeks, but this would be his first time taking care of someone over many years. He knew that what he teaches to his clients wouldn’t work for Michael. Instead of teaching him on his own, he would find someone similar to him and found the perfect match to work alongside with Michael, Johnathan Hale. During their childhood, Buster put Michael and Johnathan through some of the toughest high output and high intensity workouts as they traveled the world together. Weight lifting, swimming, and even martial arts, Buster put the two through a lot of hell that even made his previous clients pale in comparison. The parents of the Sanderson family and the Hale family made a huge risk investing in Buster Harding, but in the very end, it was all paid off. Michael, along with his childhood friend Johnathan, were some of the best students that Buster has ever trained. They had the age of a young boy, but the dexterity, endurance, knowledge, reflexes, speed, and even the strength of Olympic champions all in one package. He and Johnathan were some of the finest boys that Buster worked with, surpassing even some of the toughest expectations he set for them. After twelve years under his care, Buster finally parted way with the two after teaching them to live on their own, paying off any living expenses they have. The two would go on to be childhood friends and have pushed themselves and even each other to achieve goals in grade school, who were particularly popular with the girls thanks to their appearance, courtesy of Buster Harding.

The two completely aced every test and assignment that was given to them and have graduated from grade with top honors. They intended to carry the same results over to middle and high school, but a month before the fall semester began for their school they received something special. During the month of July, the two received a letter of recommendation from the Good Smile Racing Academy, located in Tokyo, Japan. The GSRA were looking for some of the top students around the world who were interested in AG racing and sent out invites to them all. During their childhood years, the Michael and Johnathan were trained and learned how to use AG technology from Buster Harding. He even placed them in amateur AG-Kart racing and utilizing the knowledge from Buster Harding, the two did surprisingly well. The two became interested in AG racing after seeing the FX350 and 400 championships that was broadcasted when Buster took part in both series, with both boys watching him race. When Michael received the invite, he didn’t want to waste the opportunity to become an AG pilot. After all, this would be his opportunity to meet his family again that he hasn’t seen in years, even if he succeeded or not. Johnathan followed him as well, being interested in the same ideals as Michael was.

The two traveled to Japan with the help of Buster, after selling their home on August 15th, and became students at GSRA. The two used what they learned from grade school and passed the first evaluation with a ninety three percent score on day zero of GSRA’s opening day. While the two breezed past the first test, they learned the school will not take them lightly thanks to the higher standards compared to the schools in America. After the initial evaluation, he and Johnathan met six other friends before the opening ceremonies began, a group of friends that would be a part of a group that he’ll be a part of four year later. They were Mizuki Nakajima, Hitomi Yamaguchi, Ayaka Hamasaki, Alexis Anderson, Eric Patterson, and Sora Akiyama. Soon however, they went through the biggest changes of their lives.

During the second part of the second evaluation Michael, along with his friends, were caught in a lightning strike that hit the academy building while they were still in the simulator for the second evaluation. When that occurred, the power went out and they were locked in the simulator while being in a coma. When powered returned, the simulator was complete, they were sent to the infirmary to discover that they were okay. Their results however, would surprise not just the academy, but also some of the racing teams that would eventually take interest. Michael along with his friends surprised the instructors and teachers as they passed the second evaluation with numbers beyond belief, even going as far as hitting speeds and zones that nobody has ever touched. To top it off, their bio readings were completely off the charts, making the eight of them seem superhuman despite looking normal.

The eight became the top students in the Good Smile Racing Academy right off the evaluation and would go on to ace all of the assignments and exams that were thrown at them, even becoming the school’s very first student council with Michael becoming the president of the Student Council. The whole thing seem to be a walk in the park for Michael and his friends. During their time at GSRA, Michael and his friends visited the infirmary weekly after the freak lightning strike for medical checkups to ensure that their vitals and bio readings are normal. After seeing the same data, the checkup days eventually became monthly up to their graduation. During the weeks of the academy’s conditioning for AG racing, Michael would once again meet his long time caretaker and the one who taught him everything in his childhood, Buster Harding. Much like his friends, Buster Harding put him and Johnathan through hell once again with various extreme goals and they surpassed Buster’s expectations. Buster was proud of Michael and Johnathan that the two have grown up and have mastered everything he taught them. He was even proud to see their friends can rise to the occasion like Michael and Johnathan did when it was necessary. In his own words to the directors of the academy when he was told to give his personal opinion on the eight students for their final grade:

(Buster) “I can’t see anyone else that I’ve gave lessons to that have gone the distance than Michael, Johnathan, and their friends. They are some of the best, if not the best students I have trained and they are some of my finest work I’ve put in. Each and every one of them were able to surpass my goals I set for them, no matter how insurmountable they were. They are some of the best students I’ve worked with in my lifetime and I can already see a great future for the eight of them.”

During the last few weeks of GSRA’s semester before graduation came about, each of the team principles from AG-Systems and Auricom, who also visited on the academy’s opening day, visited the academy to find a new set of pilots for their junior racing teams. Each of them looked at each and every student’s grades, history, and records to find the perfect pilot for their team. It was then that Sakura Tanaku, the head of AG-Systems, immediately took interest in the top ten students, particularly, Michael Sanderson and Mizuki Nakajima, his girlfriend. When the afternoon races were going on around the racing circuit around the academy’s campus, Sakura witnesses Michael from the top floor of the racing academy, racing against the other students who were in AG-Karts, breaking records and winning races using only the new suits made by Mizuki Nakajima and an AG hover-board he personally built for himself and his friends. The head director of the academy said that he made the hover-boards and his friend, Mizuki Nakajima, made the Adaptive Flight Suits, which adapts to the user’s body and the environment and both have worked in tangent with each other. Sakura was immediately impressed by his performance on the track of the academy, using only a hover-board to beat the other students, as well as the knowledge he gained during his time at GSRA and from his parents when he was little. He did after all, create some inventions when he was very young.

When the time came for the team principles to choose which students were going to race for their junior team, she chose Michael Sanderson without hesitation. After all, his father and mother would be happy to see him face to face again after years of being apart and would be proud of him on how much he has grown, despite communicating to each other via screen communication from time to time. She also chose to recruit Mizuki Nakamura as well, seeing that the two would make the perfect pair for the ‘Friends in Speed’ junior racing team and that her family was working in the main AG-Systems facility along with Michael’s family. She also chose Jessica Caluroso, the sister of the prodigy Thierry Caluroso, a member of the professional racing team of AG-Systems, as well as Alexis Anderson, and Sora Akiyama, to round out the junior team. The announcement was made after the second last race of the semester by the director herself during an assembly meeting that the top ten students of the academy were given a spot in the junior racing league for the two teams. Michael and his friends were congratulated on making into a racing team, though some of them would be separated for the most part.

After their final race of their last school year, they were called to the director’s office shortly after. When they got there, they met the head director of the GSRA, who invited them into her office to meet the team principles, Sakura Tanaku of AG-Systems and Jessie Fairbank of Auricom Research Industries. The team principles met the students and explained to the ten students that each of them will be racing for their team in the junior leagues after the team principles decided on who to take, with Michael, Mizuki, Alexis, Sora, and Jessica racing for AG-Systems, courtesy of Sakura Tanaku. When they met in person after their meeting, she told Michael and Mizuki that their families would be happy to see them again and hopes that they would make them proud. This especially applied to Michael, ever since he parted ways with his when he was little back in 2204.

When the school year was finally over, Michael and his friends graduated from the academy with top honors in 2216 and would go on to race for their respective teams. Michael, Mizuki, Alexis, Sora, and Jessica were then taken to the primary AG-Systems facility in Tokyo with the help of Sakura Tanaku. When they got there, the five were surprised to see how big the facility was when they were outside of the building. Michael and his friends were told by Sakura Tanaku herself that they’ll meet their families’ there in a surprise announcement in the facility. Sakura Tanaku wanted them to wait outside so that she can arrange a meeting with the employees and pilots of AG-Systems. When the meeting came about, Sakura Tanaku wanted the five kids to wait just outside the usual place, that place being the hanger bay, where the meeting was going to take place. After some planning between her and the five kids, she started the announcement once everyone was at the meeting. When Michael was presented as their final pilot as he stepped into the hanger bay and out from behind Sakura Tanaku when she presented his name, his family was in tears of joy when they finally saw him in person for the very first time in years and reunited with him, seeing how much he has grown and matured over the years as the crowd applauded and cheered for the family in smiles. The family always wanted their son to follow their footsteps to work at AG-Systems and help contribute to society in a good way, but never knew that their son would be a pilot for the team. They were very happy to see him make a lot of progress since he parted ways with them.

The five kids were given the tour of the AG-Systems facility from Sakura Tanaku herself after the meeting, touring every part of the AG-Systems facility. After the tour, the five kids met the professional pilots of the team. Shortly after the introductions, Jessica broke away from the group to reunite with her brother, Thierry, and Michael, Mizuki, Alexis, and Sora hanged out with each other for the weekend. The next day, the kids went under training from Katsu and Thierry, teaching them how the AG-Systems ships worked, how to fly them, and what they need to know for each event for the upcoming junior racing league. After teaching them what they know, they wanted them to run a couple of laps on some of the simulated tracks of the FX350 league with Sofia, who was also a student pilot for AG-Systems, who recently went professional. After a few laps and showing off what they learned, it became clear that both have taught them everything they know and all of them have learned very well, with each of them landing the most barrel rolls, most perfect laps, and some of the fastest lap times they’ve ever seen in their lifetime after a series of simulated runs on most of the tracks in the world. The five were an oddball to Katsu and Thierry at first since they have little to no history in the AG-racing sport, but after the demonstration the five fit right into the team.

Weeks prior to the racing season where the applications for the junior racing leagues were due, Sakura Tanaku and Inatu Itsua had a difficult time choosing who would lead the junior team thanks to the near identical results of the five junior pilots. Sofia, who looked at the results herself, suggested to pit the kids against each other in a no weapon simulated race on Metropia, the racing circuit located in Kyoto’s business quadrant, on Phantom class speed, the fastest speed in most racing events, using the same exact ships, the FX350/400 ships. The would-be couple was skeptical at first, but with Katsu’s and Thierry’s recommendation (after all, they knew that the best way to settle a matter like this was to race) the would-be couple decided to take Sofia’s suggestion and run the simulated race. Michael, Mizuki, Aleixs, Sora, and Jessica were pitted against each other in a five way no weapons simulated race on Metropia to see who would be the lead pilot for the ‘Friends in Speed’ junior racing team utilizing only their skills. The race was fast and it was extremely close, almost too close to call. But after reviewing the close race suggested by Soifa, it was clear to the couple, Katsu, Thierry, and Sofia who would be the lead pilot for the ‘Friends in Speed’ junior racing team for AG-Systems. Despite an identical racing line from all of the junior pilots, Michael Sanderson won the race by a very small fraction of a second and he was chosen to be the lead pilot of the ‘Friends in Speed’ junior racing team, with Mizuki, Aleixs, Sora, and Jessica as his wingman and secondary pilots. As his wingman and his girlfriend, Mizuki will protect him from anyone that would attempt to harm him while Michael will do the same for her, seeing how they have been in love with each other for months now. Aleixs, Sora, and Jessica on the other hand will be supporting them whenever they can and hopes that the five can succeed in the racing league. While the junior pilots can even topple the professional pilots of AG-Systems, they would have to prove it in the junior league. The five were ready for the junior league and after submitting an application for the use of the Adaptive Flight Suits in the junior leagues, Michael, Mizuki, Alexis, and Sora, along with four others, were allowed to use the suits in the racing leagues after it went through approval process of the AGRC, impressed on how it works and hopes that, with Mizuki’s approval, it can be utilized in the future.

When the JX350 league started, Michael was one of the few junior pilots with a great start, winning his first race in Vineta K, with minimum weapon usage. However, it was the Eliminator events that showed him that the competition was fierce. Without much knowledge on who he is, Michael was immediately challenged by Maksim Zolnerowich of Triakis without warning. Michael hoped that he could get away with minimum weapons usage throughout the season, but the race at Talon’s Junction said otherwise. During the race on Talon’ Junction, he was targeted by Maksim when he sent a plasma bolt his way. While it did miss Michael, the bolt somehow breached the Entertainment Confinement System (ECS) Cage and hit the Concordia Loop generator of the Talon’s Junction facility, in which Michael was caught in its immediate area of effect when the generator let out a shockwave of unknown origin. While Michael didn’t sustain any injuries, this ended up affecting him as he was the closest to the dark energy shockwave that the loop gave off as a result of the Concordia Loop Accident. He also witnessed something about Maksim that was off when he show aggressive behavior at the end of the race when he climbed out of the Triakis ship. Michael took the remainder of Week 5 and 6 of the season off to recover and to practice for Week 7.

During his time off, Michael took note of a press conference in which the lead pilot of Qirex’s professional racing team, Rory Pinewood, was quick to criticize Michael’s piloting skills when he was asked about it as being ‘too soft’. As Rory Pinewood said in his own words at the press conference:

(Rory) “Michael Sanderson has great talent and great piloting skills for a junior that even he can surpass me or any of the other professional pilots for the other teams. However, he has been too soft on the competition and his rivals are using it to their advantage and the Talon’s Junction race showed just that. If he is going to win the JX350 season for AG-Systems, or even survive for that matter, he needs to fight back, use the weapons instead of absorbing them. He needs to show his rivals that he is not going to take it laying down.”

When Michael returned to the JX350 racing league, he did just that. While racing skill was still a top priority, he began to use the weapons against those who would block his path or even try to eliminate him, with the exceptions of his allies and Harimau. When Michael was asked by the press about Harimau when he chose not to eliminate their lead pilot of the team, Kulap Metharom, from his returning race at Talon’s Junction when he had a clear line of sight on her and used raw skill to pass her instead, he said in his own words:

(Michael) “It’s difficult to hate a team when they’re being so damn nice to you.”

While he wasn’t the more aggressive pilot on the grid his weapons skills were apparent and he was able to defend himself and make moves to the front with weapons when necessary, making him and his girlfriend, Mizuki Nakajima, AG-Systems’ trump card for Eliminator events. After the Zone Battle on Talon’s Junction during Week 8, Michael and Maksim met face to face once more, while in front of the media and the commentators that were there. The two pilots exchanged words of rivalry:

(Michael) “I see that’ve you’ve recovered from the simulator.”
(Maksim) “Yes, and I see that you kept your skills honed even after the accident.”
(Michael) “I have my ways to keep myself busy.”
(Maksim) ”Looks like you know what you’re doing. I like the way you think. I believe it’s time that entertained our guest, don’t you think?”
(Michael) “I believe that we made that decision a long time ago.”
(Maksim) “Heh, although we had a rough start, I’m starting to like you already.”

The two finally have their rivalry set between them for the whole season, making it the most exciting rivalry since the Tetsuo Sisters Rivalry between Auricom’s Arial Tetsuo and Qirex’s Arian Tetsuo during the F3600, especially during the Venom Tournament, Flash Series, and the Virtual Series. When Rory was asked again about Michael’s improvements over the course of the JX350 league, he said in his own words:

(Rory) “I’ve never seen a pilot that has taken my criticism to heart and improve himself on it. He is one of the most improved pilots I’ve seen in my lifetime and can even surpass all of us, and even me, if he goes professional.”

He has gone as far as inviting him and his friend to private Zone Battle sessions with them along with ‘The Bad Boys’, consisting of Rory of Qirex, Buster of Triakis, Ferrai of Goteki, and Kaet’yrun of Mirage, meaning that the kids have a lot of experience in the new simulated experimental race mode.

However, it is not to say that Michael wasn’t without another rival. Michael was challenged by Petia Romanov of Qirex’s junior team Quantax Dynamics out of the blue so that Petia can win the heart of Michael’s girlfriend, Mizuki Nakajima. Despite his bold move to challenge them both as well as the other members of AG-Systems and Auricom to ‘win the hearts of the other girls on their team’, Petia’s flying skills were poor and unrefined and wasn’t as much as a threat to Michael and the others as they were able to top him very easily despite his repeated attempts to challenge them. Michael wasn’t sure why Petia was doing this to start with, especially when he is just a better pilot over Petia. However, Petia continued to challenge Michael and his friends, more notably Johnathan Hale of Auricom, which only became an annoyance until – with Michael’s suggestion – Mizuki, Alexis, Hitomi, and Ayaka gave him the kick between the legs he deserved, finally putting an end to the inane rivalry while earning the respect of Andrea Santiago of Goteki 45, who did the same to Gryffyth Dawod of Icaras at one given point in time.

During his time from racing, Michael has made many allies and friends on and off the track. Scarlett Arekuruu, Yin Ruan, and Hyun Gim of Goteki 45 became allies with him and his friends after they first met in Vienta K of Makana. Hafiz Nejem, Alqamar Raqisas, and Alshshsmas Raqisas of Mirage became allies with Michael after racing together, as well as helping the green and white team celebrate their first podium finish in Vineta K and their first win, along with their subsequent podium finishes. And finally Mercutian De Gautet of Van-Uber, who was always curious how Michael and his friends are so consistent in Zone events and has asked them one question:

(Mercutian) “How you guys do it?”

The eight took Mercutian in for some private Zone Battle sessions, Detonator sessions, and Zone sessions to improve the Van-Uber pilot. Though Mercutian has always been inconsistent, he was soon getting better and better in the Zone simulations, eventually hitting Supersonic speeds on Syncopia, Anulpha Pass, and Moa Therma. Michael suggests that Mercutian, with practice, will be a great competitor in the long run. Buster Harding of Triakis, despite the rivalry between both AG-Systems and Triakis, would also take Michael and his friends for practice on various tracks to keep their skills honed so that they can be prepared for anything. After all, he has taken care of the eight personally and their results in extreme physical activities showed on and off the track.

Most of Michael’s off time however, was spent with his family and friends. Michael visited his family in Tokyo whenever he could and when he was with his friends, they would always join Scarlett and her friends for some intense physical training on an island near Makana that she and her friends were once stranded on during a storm that she made it her home. Michael and his friends would always get involved in the most physically and mentally demanding training on the island before returning to their respective teams for the races that occurred on the weekends. What kind of training that he went through is unknown, but Michael and his friends have said it was unusual but very helpful in the long term, especially Sora and himself as Scarlett took special care of the two boys and gave the two boys ‘special’ training.

Michael, along with his friends, were given the group name, the Miracle Eight, for performing impossible feats or even making comebacks. The group consisted of four boys and girls including himself, Mizuki, Alexis, and Sora of AG-Systems, as well as Johnathan, Hitomi, Eric, and Ayaka of Auricom. As Michael continued to consistently place in the top three and win multiple races and gold medals, he became one of the most popular boys on the circuit, and one of the most attractive and cutest boys along with Sora Akiyama from the same team after many racing fans voted on who is the most attractive and cutest boy of the four. The eight kids, as well as the Makanian Amazon, would always be invited by various fashion and model companies for photo shoots and have been seen in various covers of fashion magazines as well as photo shoots. The Miracle Eight, along with the Makanian Amazons, were the most attractive and cute looking kids the world has ever seen and many racing fans were eager to see of them in person and acquire autographs or even selfies whenever possible. It was also noted that Michael and his teammate, Sora, were also the favorite of many female fans. Many fans have been seen him, along with his friends, around the Makanian Amazons, suggesting that the girls have formed a love group between the Miracle Eight. One of the fans asked Michael if he was okay with it and said he was alright with it, though Mizuki would always be his first. The fans are aware of the relationships that he and Mizuki are in as well as the other couples of the Miracle Eight. They have all admitted that their relationships are fun and great, with each of them are getting along with each other well, despite being on different racing teams.

Not all was rosy however, as the Miracle Eight’s longtime rival returned to face them at the start of the Rapier series. Polina Petrov, who was a rogue student of the Good Smile Racing Academy, was now a part of Tigron Enterprises, who returned to extract vengeance on the Miracle Eight. Michael was the first to note that something happened to her as her appearance has changed, mainly her eyes which were now red instead of blue. What happened to her is exactly unknown, but Xiu Bai of EG-X, who was with her teammates when they crossed paths with him and his friends after the first race day in Metropia, suggested that she was augmented. How she was augmented, or even how Tigron got their hands on the augmentation tools, remains unknown. Much to his relief though, and everyone else, Polina suffered on events that required piloting skills to succeed, particularly Time Trials, Zones, Detonator, and Zone Battles. However, she quickly became a threat in Eliminator and Race events with other competitors on the track as she used them to get the lead in some of the races, even going as far as eliminating half of the competitors, and injuring them in the process, during a race on Metropia to earn her first gold medal in a Single Race event for Tigron. The BSV played the Bulgarian anthem and song across the track when Polina crossed the finish line first. The only Netika Ambulance Shuttle was disabled as a result of an EMP shockwave which was emitted from Polina’s ship. The medics were unable to get to the injured pilots as a result. While some of the injuries were minor to moderate, there were some pilots who sustained severe injuries. Maksim Zolnerowich of Triaks, who was eliminated on the final lap, was in danger of being crushed by his ship when it flipped upside down after its destruction when the ejection system failed. Many cameras from the BSV broadcasted the pilot’s injuries, along with the others, live across the globe whilst celebrating Tigron’s first Race victory, a situation similar to Zala Wolff’s death at Alca Vexus during the F9000 when she was crushed by her ship as a result of her elimination. Michael Sanderson however, arrived just in time to rescue Maksim from his ship with the help of Xiu Bai of EG-X – who was rescued by Scarlett of Goteki 45. Michael used his ship to get to the nearest hospital and Maksim was saved, barely. Unfortunately, he was out for the rest of the season due to the severity of his injuries, putting the rivalry between Michael and him to a grinding halt. However, Joes Peeters, lead pilot of the professional Assegai racing team and chief medic pilot, thanked Michael and his friends for getting the injured pilots to the hospital when the medic team was thrown into chaos.

Despite his rivalry between him and Maksim, Michael visited the hospital from time to time to check on Maksim. Michael made sure that he was okay as he and his friends visited him along with Daphne Summers and Ida Pesuen of Triakis as they took turns to keep an eye on Maksim during his recovery. Both have told Michael that Maksim can still fly, but he’ll be recovering for a while and won’t be ready until next season. Before he left to take on Polina again at Ubermall, located on Makana for the remainder of the Rapier Series, Maksim said one thing to Michael that he made sure to follow through:

(Maksim) “Make sure she pays for what she did to me and our rivalry.”
(Michael) “I’ll make sure she does.”

Michael took in their last conversation between them and made sure he remembered it well. Throughout the remainder of the Rapier Series and Phantom Series, he took his feelings and Maksim’s words to heart and – where he could – dominated over Polina in the races he took part in. Nobody dared to take Polina head on thanks to her heavily armored Tigron Bull ship, but Michael and his friends were more than willing to do just that, even in Eliminator events, where Polina targeted specifically Michael and Johnathan and both have targeted her back, something that even impressed Rory Pinewood of Qirex, happy to see him and his friends taking the fight to Tigron. This eventually led to the discovery of the Bull ship’s key weakness.

Before the Phantom series, Michael and his friends hatched a plan to eliminate Tigron from the JX350 racing league along with the help of the other junior teams when he and his friends discovered a hole in Tigron’s heavily armored ship that was deemed indestructible. When the Phantom series came to the Amphiseum, he and his friends got together at an undisclosed location where he invited the other members of the junior teams to meet and set up a plan to destroy the Tigron ship before the series began. Many other members doubted them at first, but when they saw the holographic images of the weak spot of the Tigron Bull ship, the others soon began to collaborate with him and his friends to bring down the ship. The junior members soon organized the plan and would execute it at Tech De Ra, a race track located in Arizona.

While at the Amphiseum, he and his friends of the Miracle Eight enjoyed massive popularity around Las Vegas’ entertainment center. Many fans of the group crowded around them, asking for autographs and photos of each of them. It got to a point where even security needed to escort them before a race, but Michael and his friends were more than happy to sign autographs and even take photos of them with the fans. They became the big buzz of the stadium and the city of Las Vegas that many fans wanted to see them race in person. The demand for tickets to the stadium of the Amphiseum skyrocketed and the stadium were soon packed with anxious and eager fans to see them race, minus the only one Eliminator event Polina won, but the Miracle Eight were still able to top her in the other races, astonishing the fans as they cheered the juniors on.

The racing league soon moved to Tech De Ra and when the Phantom Tournament came about, the Miracle Eight and the other junior teams put the plan into action. It soon came down the third last lap of the final race of the tournament when Polina’s ship was finally destroyed for good before finishing the Phantom tournament in first place for his team. The commentators’ quotes who witnessed it along with the spectators on Tech De Ra of the final race of the Phantom Tournament say it all:

(Commentator 1) “Wow, I can’t believe it! Tigron’s ship is actually taking damage!”
(Commentator 2) “That armor may be thick, but the other teams are now taking the opportunity to get rid of Tigron and their pilot, Polina, as they found the crack in that thick armor of Tigron’s ship!”
(Commentator 1) “Scarlett of Goteki just laid out a minefield just between turns one and two and Johnathan takes the inside turn and avoids the mine field and…Wow! I can’t believe it, he just dropped a bomb right behind the minefield! That Tigron ship is so heavy it just going to fly straight into the field of mines and bombs!”
(Commentator 2) “Damn right, Polina just got caught in the minefield and just ran into the bomb as well, she going to take a massive speed loss and damage as she is drifting to our side of the track and…”
(Commentator 1) “Look, Michael of AG-Systems is coming up from behind and…Oh my god! He’s going in too fast, he won’t be able to-“
(Commentator 2) “He’s not passing her, he’s ramming her to outside wall of the turn where we are!”

*the Tigron ship hits the outside wall hard with a loud thud*

(Commentator 1) “He just rammed the side of Polina’s Tigron ship where the crack in the armor is and has her pinned on the outside wall and-“
(Commentator 2) “Oh my god, he’s charging a plasma bolt that close to her?! He’s nuts! He’s gonna wipe her out at point blank range with that weapon and with the crack that big, the main core of the ship is exposed!”
    (Commentator 1) “Everyone get down!”

*as spectators ducked their heads, a short moment of a plasma explosion engulfs the area with plasma energy along with an explosion that covers the area with smoke and dust, before it clears up*

    (Commentator 1) “Is everyone alright?”
(Commentator 2) “Of course, the ECS cage blocked out the lethal energy that could’ve been fatal to all of us, but that is not what astonishing me right now!”

    *crowd cheers*

(Commentator 1) “WOW, I can’t believe it! Ladies and gentleman, Tigron has been eliminated!”
(Commentator 2) “What a miracle! The Tigron ship that has been deemed indestructible which has caused the injury to many people this season has been destroyed by Michael Sanderson of AG-Systems and the lead member of the Miracle Eight!”

With Tigron’s elimination, Polina and Tigron were disqualified and banned from the Anti-Gravity racing sport for intentionally injuring many of the junior pilots of the league as well as spectators, though no trace of Polina was found when the wreckage was examined suggesting that she ejected from her ship when it was destroyed, but her whereabouts are unknown to this day. The BSV on the other hand were quick to issue many death threats to Michael and the other members of each junior team when he eliminated Tigron’s only ship. Michael then used it against the BSV when he, along with his friends and the other junior pilots that got together, reported it to the race commission, particularly to Krystian Atkinson who ran the JX350 racing league. The BSV were then banned from broadcasting the junior racing league for illegal use of banned technology which gave Tigron the upper hand during races, illegal use of broadcasting technology, and issuing death threats to competitors and were eventually dismantled along with Tigron Enterprises after multiple investigations found that both were collaborating with each other to undermine the JX350 racing league and take over the race commission in an attempt to recreate the F9000 era. Many of the junior team members congratulated him for eliminating Polina. Even Rory Pinewood stepped forward to congratulate Michael for his courageous actions on the track. The team head of Harimau International, Manjula Vamatharen, personally thanked Michael and the Miracle Eight for giving Tigron what was coming to them and finally ridding the world of Tigron for good, though he has said:

(Michael) “It wouldn’t have been possible without some friends in high places.”

Michael Sanderson went on compete in the Season Finale of the first JX350 season and win the final tournament of the season with his team and Auricom, as the Miracle Eight took the final tournament of the season and held the very first JX350 cup.

With the JX350 racing season completed, Michael Sanderson and his friends have become famous all across the globe as many sponsors began to come their way, giving them large paycheck after paycheck. Michael has also won many Junior Constructors’ and Junior Pilots’ Championships in the process, making him the youngest pilot ever to win a championship in various categories. He is also one of the most attractive and cutest boy to compete in the AG-racing leagues, alongside with Sora Akiyama. He was even given many nicknames, including ‘Light Buster’, for breaking and setting new Zone records alongside his friends. A lot of race analysts and experts have gone on saying that if Michael and the Miracle Eight continue to race and should they choose to go professional, they can match or even surpass Kel Solaar, the greatest AG-pilot of all time. The Miracle Eight have made a great impact over the season and have generated many fans across the globe. Much like the Makanian Amazons, he and the Miracle Eight were bombarded with requests for interview after interview and have become some of the best pilots on the circuit, and the most attractive as well. Michael is one of the few pilots who has become very well-known across the globe at such a very young age and along with his girlfriend Mizuki Nakajima, who he plans to marry and start a family with in the future, he looks to take it to the next level in the next junior season and, eventually, in the professional series.

    Bio

Making new technology is not an easy thing to do these days. This was apparent with AG-Systems in their early days when they were much more concerned with researching and creating new technology rather than improving on their current ones back in the 2100’s, resulting in their bankruptcy and their acquisition by G-Tech Systems, though the team was reformed years later. Another difficulty was getting the technology though league authorities and regulations, especially with the RIDS controversy being the biggest debacle in recent years, which cost Triakis their 2206 title during the last FX300 season. However, a young girl has made the biggest breakthrough in history creating an invention in 2214, which was used during the JX350 leagues in 2217 after approval of many racing commissioners and league authorities, who became interested in the new technology she created. That girl is none other than Mizuki Nakajima, AG-Systems’ wingman for the ‘Friends in Speed’ Junior Racing Team and the one who made a breakthrough in the world of AG-racing and is also a member of the Miracle Eight.

Mizuki Nakajima was born in the city of Tokyo, Japan. Her family worked in many departments of fashion during her childhood and her family were responsible for designing some of the most popular clothing fashion line that is seen all over Japan today. At the same time however, they were also designing ship blue prints for the FX350, 400, and 500 leagues for AG-Systems, making them large amounts of money in their weekly paychecks. Around the age of five, Mizuki was given lessons on how to design various clothing and immediately impressed her parents by creating a new set of clothing line that became an instant hit across Japan. Throughout her life, Mizuki was told by her family that she is expected to play a role in her life, whatever it is working for AG-Systems or for a fashion company in Japan. She is also expected to continue her family’s tradition and have a family. Around the age of seven, she told them that she plans to be a pilot in the AG-racing leagues after watching many races that appeared on datacast channels.

It was different from making clothing as a completely different mindset was needed to transition from fashion design to AG-pilot and there were many requirements that she had to go through in order to get there. However, she was determined to become a pilot and she passed grade school with high marks and made high place finishes in amateur AG-Kart racing. At the age of 11, she was one of the top students in Japan. But in order for her to get a chance to even race, she needed to find a school specializing in AG-racing. She eventually hears about a new school that opened up in Tokyo called the Good Smile Racing Academy, which specializes in teaching the students the art of AG-racing and conditions them for it as well. Mizuki wasted no time when she got an invite from the academy and she accepted the invitation and traveled to the school.

The GSRA’s standard were higher than normal compared to other schools and many students failed to get a seat in the school. However, Mizuki passed with a ninety percent flat score. While she got a high score, it was clear that she would need help from some new friends to get by with excellent marks. After her initial evaluation, she met new friends in the school, particularly Michael Sanderson, Johnathan Hale, Hitomi Yamaguchi, Ayaka Hamasaki, Sora Akiyama, Eric Patterson, and Alexis Anderson. Just like her friends though, she went through a life changing moment in her life during the second part of the evaluation. Right before the second part of the evaluation began for Mizuki and her friends, the simulator was interrupted by a lightning strike that hit the building that she and her friends were in, resulting in a black out and the eight being locked into the simulator as well as in a coma. Eventually, the simulation was complete when power returned and the eight were taken to the infirmary for a checkup. Despite being in a coma, everyone was okay, except the results and her bio reads. It was unclear how it happened, but the eight, including her, had their bio readings spike off the charts, surprising the doctors. The evaluation results spoke the same words as all eight of them hit unreachable zones and unbearable speeds. What happened to them was anyone’s guess and remains unknown.

As a result, Mizuki’s bio readings were off the charts and her knowledge, strength, dexterity, endurance, and agility were given significant boosts beyond human levels, able to ace the classes and exams that were given to her. She and the others were eventually involved with a collaboration that would gain interests in the AGRC. During their second semester in GSRA, she and her friends collaborated in an invention showcase. Mizuki had a hard time coming up with an idea, until she remembered that she was part of a family that was involved with fashion design. She used her knowledge of fashion design, as well as her friends’ and her own body proportions to create her invention. With her friend, Eric, creating the concepts for two different inventions, and Johnathan, Hitomi, and Alexis creating the key portions of her inventions, with Michael, Ayaka, Sora creating the AG-hover-boards that would work in tangent, Mizuki created her greatest invention that would not only be just for fashion, but for racing as well. Her newest invention became known as the Adaptive Flight Suits. The suit would match the user’s body shape and will adapt to the current environment that the user is currently in. Their invention would go on to be extremely popular throughout the academy, even resulting in a photo of her by a student who gave it a few tweaks. Thanks to this, Mizuki’s popularity skyrocketed and she gained a lot of positive comments all over the web, making her one of the most popular girls of the Good Smile Racing Academy.

During her time at GSRA, Mizuki was also searching for a boy that she can start a family with as part of her family traditions. It was then that she fell in love with the boy of her dreams, Michael Sanderson. Mizuki would do whatever it took to remain by his side, no matter where he went or what happened from there on. However, when the semester came to an end, Mizuki was chosen by Sakura Tanaku to fly for AG-Systems along with Michael Sanderson, Alexis Anderson, and Sora Akiyama, and Jessica Caluroso. She, along with Michael, Alexis, Sora, and Jessica, another friend of hers, were taken to the primary AG-Systems facility in Tokyo, Japan, where she was represented as their pilot for the junior racing team. While she was there, their parents were proud of her that she not only managed to become an AG-racing pilot, she created something that worked beautifully and worked in a racing environment, but also found someone to start a family with.

She was taught by Katsu Sasaki and Thierry Caluroso how to control and fly the AG-Systems ships, as well as how each race worked. She, along with Alexis Anderson, Sora Akiyama, and Jessica Caluroso, were positioned as wingmen after a simulated race to determine who would become the lead pilot for the ‘Friends in Speed’ junior racing team for AG-Systems, with Michael Sanderson winning first place and becoming leader of the junior team. Mizuki is determined to keep her friends, especially Michael, her boyfriend, safe from anyone or anything attempting to harm them. A month before the start of the JX350, she submitted an application for the use of the Adaptive Flight Suits in the racing league. Before long, the suits was approved for use by the Belmondo Foundation and the league authorities, who were impressed and interested in the technology the suit used, especially Natasha Belmondo, the chairwoman of the Belmondo Foundation, as she hope with Mizuki’s help that she can make it a standard for the future racing leagues.

Much like Michael Sanderson, Mizuki also got off to a great start in her racing career, with her time trial run at Vineta K being the most iconic start of them all; with a perfect racing line, all possible speed pads hit, all possible barrel rolls landed, all culminating into a perfect run. She made history as she currently holds the fastest lap time and fastest time trial on Vineta K on Venom speed, not to mention her Zone run on Vineta K Reverse broke many records as well; with the fastest speed, most perfect laps, most laps cleared, most perfect zones, top score, and highest zones cleared. When Michael took the remaining week of Week 5 and Week 6 off, Mizuki volunteered to keep an eye on the other teams as well as their own so that Michael can recover from the Concordia Loop Accident. She was glad that the Adaptive Flight Suits were working their magic, much to her relief.

Mizuki was also one of the tough girls on the track, with her notable weapons use during Eliminator events and, if necessary, Single Race events. After all, she is very protective of her friends. She was also with Michael when he and Maksim of Triakis set their rivalry for the whole season. As a result, she was immediately challenged by secondary pilot of the Boot Camp junior racing team of Triakis, Daphne Summers, and was quick to accept. Mizuki has taken Daphne on from time to time, so it was no surprise that she would be challenged. The following is the conversation that was recorded by the media during this moment:

(Daphne) “Well, there they go. I guess they’ve finally set something official between them.”
(Mizuki) “I guess we now have ourselves an official rivalry between the two boys.”
(Daphne) “Now that you mentioned it, we might as well set our own rivalry so that we won’t get left out of the spotlight.”
(Mizuki) “Guess I can’t just walk away from this huh?”
(Daphne) “That’s definitely a no go. I’ll be keeping you on my radar for the whole season.”
(Mizuki) “And I’ll make sure to keep you entertained throughout the season."
(Daphne) “It’ll be a pleasure to keep you on your toes.”
(Mizuki) “And it’ll be mine to keep you guessing.”

The rivalry between the Friends in Speed and Boot Camp junior teams was set for the remainder of the season and it was an exciting one as a lot of racing fans were pumped up for the newest rivalry of the era. This applied very well during the Flash Series when the race came to Moa Therma where Mizuki made some of the closest and toughest passes throughout the racing league, though Michael Sanderson’s daring passes were always up for debate. Her beautiful passes were not lost on the commentators when she passed by Xiu Bai of EG-X and Daphne Summers of Triakis during the final lap at the prestigious Moa Therma. Their quotes say it all:

(Commentator 1) “We’re on the final lap of the first race at Moa Therma. Daphne take the corner well, but Xiu is able to squeeze past her! We’re now on the Syncro Logistics Dynamo, with Xiu pulling away inch by inch. But Daphne is back on Xiu’s tail. That Anne is proving more than effective on the straights.”
(Commentator 2) “Wait a sec, a group of ships are catching up. And one of them is closing the gap quick.”
(Commentator 1) “You’re right, that’s Mizuki Nakajima in the AG-Systems, with Hitomi of Auricom, Scarlett of Goteki, Alqamar of Mirage, and De Gautet of Van-Uber following her! Bet you didn’t think that they were going to catch up did you?”
(Commentator 2) “Absolutely not, three golds and a silver during the Venom Series, Mizuki means business.”
(Commentator 1) “Daphne has caught up with Xiu and both are now competing for the front. We’re off the mag strip and we just hit the hairpin leading to the chicane series. Both are neck and neck and…Oh, my god – is Mizuki attempting to pass them both?!”
(Commentator 2) “That girl’s crazy, with a gap THAT small, she’ll never pass them…OH MY GOD! She’s through! Mizuki Nakajima of AG-Systems is now in the lead.”
(Commentator 1) “That was a very small window of opportunity to pass and the girl made the pass look beautiful. They’re about to exit the chicane series and enter the mag ridge…Mizuki just dropped a bomb at the exit of the chicane series.”
(Commentator 2) “There’s nowhere for Daphne and Xiu to go as they are quickly coming up to the exit…BAM! The bomb just blew them both off to each side of the track!”
(Commentator 1) “The others are quickly passing them both. Daphne and Xiu just fell behind and now we have Hitomi in second, Scarlett in third, Alqamar in fourth, and De Gautet in fifth. But that’s not what’s gotten our attention right now.”
(Commentator 2) “Mizuki takes the next turn perfectly, and hits the inside speed pad, turns left and…WHOA! She pulled the nose of her ship up and pulled off a successful barrel roll!”
(Commentator 1) “She made that transition look beautifully easy and crosses the line in first place!”
(Commentator 2) “What a way to come from behind to take the win! Ladies and gentleman, we have our winner of our first race at Moa Therma, Mizuki Nakajima of AG-Systems!”

As a result of the race at Moa Therma, her skills has impressed the professional pilots of the AG-racing league, even impressing Rory Pinewood of Qirex, who has gone on saying that her perfect racing lines and daring attempts to pass other competitors at the right time make her one of the pilots to look out for in the junior racing league. Even her weapons skills were more than enough to impress the Canadian as Mizuki, as well as her boyfriend Michael, have been marked as AG-Systems’ wildcard for Eliminator events. He has also said that Michael and Mizuki are the perfect pair to lead AG-Systems to victory in the first season of the JX350 racing league.

Mizuki was also given another thorn on her side to deal with. While she was competing against Daphne Summers of Triakis, Petia Romanov of Qirex seemed to be a guy who kept sticking his nose in her business. Despite Petia’s frequent attempts to seduce her, Mizuki has told him repeatedly that her heart already belonged to Michael Sanderson, lead pilot of the Friends in Speed junior team and her boyfriend. Despite her attempts to ignore him, Petia has constantly challenged her to win her heart by attempting to beat her in a race. However, his piloting skills were extremely poor and Mizuki was able to beat Petia again and again, though she was still being annoyed by Petia so that he can win her over. This finally reached a peak when Mizuki, along with Alexis, Hitomi, and Ayaka, had just enough of him and decided to kick Petia squarely between his legs and put an end to the pointless rivalry so she can concentrate on her own worthwhile rivalry between her and Summers. This earned her and her friends the respect of Andrea Santiago of Goteki 45, hoping that she can see more of the kid’s tough side.

Like her friends, Mizuki has made friends with the Makanian Amazons, consisting of Hyun Gim, Yin Ruan, and their leader, Scarlett Arekuruu; who put her under physically and mentally intense training to help push her skills and beauty further. She also made friends with Hafiz Nejem and the Raqisas sisters of Mirage’s Junior Team, MAGEC, helping the three pilots with their race strategies and offered advice for their piloting skills, especially to Hafiz for Eliminator events; and finally Mercutian De Gautet of Van-Uber, who approached her for some help with his racing lines and Zone techniques. She has also made friends with two professional pilots of the racing league, particularly Buster Harding of Triakis and Rory Pinewood of Qirex; the former teaching her various martial arts skills alongside her friends and keeping her racing skills refined, and the latter inviting her to private Zone Battle sessions with ‘The Bad Boys’.

Mizuki is also one of the members of the Miracle Eight. She, along with the other girls, became the topic of a debate to see which girl of the group was the most attractive of them all. After a week of debate, Mizuki was the most attractive of them all, with Alexis just right behind her. Some have said the photo of her pose of the GSRA when she showed off her AFS is what sparked her popularity to begin with. Many of the fans are aware that Mizuki has a deep relationship with Michael, the lead pilot of the Friends in Speed Junior Racing team of AG-Systems, and many have helped support the two as they continue their relationship.

Their relationship was soon tested however, when Polina Petrov returned as a member of Tigron Enterprises, who started by targeting the Miracle Eight members, though she failed initially. As a result, she then turned her attention to the other teams, starting with Triakis when she injured Daphne Summers with a missile, which was quickly followed up with rockets during a race. This was only the beginning of Polina’s rampage, which led to the mass eliminations of the other teams two weeks later, the race which was lived in infamy. Mizuki was one of the few pilots who used her ship to get some of the pilots who were injured on that day to the Kyoto University Hospital – she in particular rescued Chizoba Afolayan of Assegai. Many doctors and medic pilots, including chief pilot Joes Peeters himself, thank Mizuki and the Miracle Eight for helping in a desperate time. Polina then returned to targeting the Miracle Eight, starting with Michael and Mizuki and their relationship as well as the other members of the Miracle Eight. However, thanks to the other events, Polina was unable to get her hands on them. During the racing weekends at Ubermall, Mizuki was one of the few pilots to note that Polina was using banned technology to get the upper hand. As a result, she was able to win most Eliminator events, despite the Miracle Eight’s efforts, as well as the other teams contributions. Mizuki began to investigate how the Tigron ship was indestructible and, with Alexis’ and Ayaka’s help, found out that an artificial intelligence is responsible for Tigron ‘indestructible’ ship, restoring shield energy on the Tigron ship overtime, similar to one of Auricom’s old prototype ships of the 2048 era, though the regeneration rate was much more significant. She kept this in mind during the Phantom series. And would eventually use it against Polina and Tigron after discovering a crack in the armor.

Before the Phantom series came about, she and her friends got the other squad mates of the other junior teams together in an undisclosed location in Las Vegas, near the Amphiseum race track, to plan on destroying the ship after Alexis, Ayaka, and Scarlett were able to spot a crack in the armor and a weak point in the AI. After laying out the plans to destroy the ship, each team was able to contribute a hit or two against the Tigron ship during the Phantom Series Tournament before Michael Sanderson landed the final blow on the ship during the last race at Tech De Ra of the Phantom Series Tournament. The other junior members of their teams thanked the Miracle Eight for helping to rid the world of Tigron, especially Mizuki and the Miracle Eight since they were the ones who planned and executed the whole plan to rid of Tigron. Their actions will be remembered amongst the AG community.

After ridding of Tigron from the JX350 league, Mizuki went on with her team and friends to compete in the final tournament of the JX350 league and win the final tournament for AG-Systems. Mizuki has become popular amongst the racing fans as being the most attractive and cutest girl of the Miracle Eight girls and has also earned the title ‘The Girl of Speed and Beauty’ for breaking some of the time trial records at Vineta K, Moa Therma, Ubermall, the Amphiseum, and Tech De Ra and currently holds the fastest laps and Time Trial runs on each track; even going as far as impressing Rachel Vega and Tara Shannon of the professional Auricom racing team when Mizuki broke their records. She and the Miracle Eight have become the most popular and best pilots of the era, and some even say that they can match or even surpass Kel Solaar, the greatest AG-pilot of all time. Mizuki continues to deepen her relationship with Michael and both plan to marry and start a family in the future. Many wondered if this was going to affect their racing career. But as Mizuki has said herself to Float Nation who interviewed her, along with the Miracle Eight and the Makanian Amazons:

(Mizuki) “No human, machine, or technology we have can predict the future ahead of us. Only time will tell if we can achieve our future.”

    Bio

On February 10, 2201, during a pursuit in the city of Chicago, a criminal gang was on the run from the Chicago Police after robbing a bank when they ended up running into a civilian airbus transport and the pursuit ended with almost two thousand people who were on board killed in the horrific crash. The members of the criminal gang who survived the crash were arrested and sent to prison for robbery and killing the people on board. However, a miracle happened when the ambulances arrived and searched the wreckage of the airbus for survivors and found a girl, who miraculously survived and was saved after being rushed to a hospital. Her name is Alexis Anderson, born on December 27, 2199. She is the only sole survivor of the Chicago Airbus Accident, which left a scar just above her chest when a piece of shrapnel hit her. It wasn’t fatal, but it will left a noticeable scar for the remainder of her life.

With her family lost during the airbus accident, she was orphaned for the next thirteen years in an orphanage for children who lost their families in Chicago and went to special schools for children like her. Alexis was special though, as she managed to get top marks in grade and middle school despite the loss of her family. She often visits her family in the cemetery every month and has been seen bringing flowers to her family’s burial site. As a result of her monthly visits, many of the cemetery personnel know her personally and have given her escorts though the cemetery as she visits her family’s burial site. Despite her loss of her family, she was a very cheerful and friendly girl who knew how to live on her own.

Over the summer of 2211, Alexis was given an invitation to Good Smile Racing Academy, a private academy which recently opened up and will be having its very first school year on August 31st. With the support of her friends, she traveled to Japan to attend GSRA in Tokyo, Japan. While her knowledge got her though grade and middle school with ease, the academy was a completely different story, and with higher standard questions and tests, Alexis was able to get by with at least seventy six percent of the questions correct. This was no easy feat for her and she made it through the first part of the initial evaluation, though she knew that it will only get tougher from this point forward. However, she went through many life changing moments that will change her forever. During her lunch break before the opening ceremony of the school and the school year, she met with two people that became her friends. One was Eric Patterson, an American like her with a skill of an artist who was invited to be a student at the academy. Another was Sora Akiyama, a shy Japanese student. Alexis took interest in Sora, seeing that he was the complete opposite of her, a boy who had little to no friends and was very shy and she wanted to help him open up so that he can make more friends. The three were together when a set of bullies led by Polina Petrov, a student at the academy as well who was the biggest bully of the academy. As they were surrounded, a voice called them out and the bullies retreated. The voice belonged to a boy by the name of Michael Sanderson, who was also with four other friends, Johnathan Hale, Mizuki Nakajima, Hitomi Yamaguchi, and Ayaka Hamasaki. The three tagged along with them and they became close friends with each other. During the second part of the initial evaluation, she was locked into the simulator along with her friends when a lightning bolt struck the school building they were in. For the next two hours, the simulator was still active and she and her friends were stuck in the virtual world. However, when the power returned, the simulator was finished. The eight students were okay when they were removed from the simulator. However, their results astonished the instructors. Within two hours from the start of the second evaluation to the end of it, the eight have somehow become a lot smarter, stronger, faster, and a lot more endurable in just two hours and the results from their bio readings and the second evaluation showed. Not even the doctors can figure out how it happened and the mystery remained unsolved to this day.

From that point on, Alexis was blessed with massive knowledge in every aspect and she was stronger, more endurable, and faster than almost everyone else in the school, aside from her friends of course who were also affected by the same event. As a result, she became one of the top students of the school alongside her friends Michael, Mizuki, Johnathan, Hitomi, Eric, Ayaka, and Sora. A whole new world opened up to her as she can do whatever she wanted. She gained the highest marks in her education with her friends during her time at GSRA was one of the most physical student of the academy. She quickly learned many miscellaneous stuff as well from speaking multiple languages, singing, and even martial arts during her spare time with her friends. She was also responsible for some of the design parts of the Adaptive Flight Suits made by Mizuki Nakajima, one of the top students at GSRA and one of Alexis’ best and closest friends. When they graduated from the Good Smile Racing Academy Alexis, along with Sora, Michael, Mizuki, and Jessica Caluroso - another close friend she knew at the academy, were given a ride to the main AG-Systems facility in Tokyo, Japan, courtesy of Sakura Tanaku, the team principle of AG-Systems. When she was first introduced to AG-Systems, along with Sora, Jessica, Mizuki, and Michael, she was an oddball to the team, having no racing history in their lifetime. However, after many practice sessions with AG-Systems’ junior racing team, ‘Friends in Speed’, the four students fit right in. Their performance during practice even left a lot of good impressions with the professional members of the racing team, Katsu, Thierry, and Sofia. The professional members then set her as a secondary pilot for the junior racing team after a five way race between Michael, Mizuki, Aleixis, Sora, and Jessica, though Michael Sanderson did want the other junior members to race in order to keep their skills refined and give each member a shot at the podium.

As Alexis would be in Japan for most of her life, she made contact with one of her childhood friends back in America and she asked her to visit her parent’s burial site and donate flowers whenever she had free time. To this day, Alexis lives with Sora, Michael, and Mizuki in an apartment space that Michael’s and Mizuki’s parents bought with their money and are often seen together. Outside and during practice, she is known for her singing as she still practices singing from time to time as she practices on the track. She also practice martial arts with Michael, Mizuki, and Sora. Many wonder why they needed self-defense techniques for racing, but Michael has said that he was taught by Buster Harding, former AG-racer and now world famous body builder, teaching the others the same techniques that Buster taught him. The team was becoming its own over the summer. During practice, she was often seeing practicing with Michael, Mizuki, Sora, and Jessica on learning each tracks optimal racing lines and possible shortcuts, as well as helping Michael and Sora with engineering regarding tuning the FX350/400 craft, which were going to be used for the JX350 league, to optimize it for each track.

When the JX350 began, she got her game face on and got off to a good start like her friends, scoring podium finishes and a couple of gold medals to boot during the first weeks of the season. A great start to the season alongside her team. Unlike some of the other members of some of the junior teams, Alexis was one of the friendliest girls on the circuit and never really made any rivals over the course of the JX350 season, with the exception of Petia Romanov of Qirex’s Quantax Dynamics, who harassed her until she gave him a kick so hard, it discouraged him not to touch her or any of the other girls anymore, which earned the respect of Andrea Santiago of Goteki 45. . Her weapons skills were up to speed as well, with some very interesting missile, rockets, cannon, quake, and plasma bot hits from long range despite the lack of some elimination, though it was not to say that she didn’t scored eliminations during the Eliminator events. One of her most notable traits was her singing during and after races. Many of the fans enjoyed her singing as she piloted her craft through weapons fire and other craft. Many fans became used to her singing and some even became fans of her singing talent. The most notable moment for the fans is when the Raqisas sisters, or the Sand Dancers of MAGEC, Mirage’s junior racing team, were seen dancing along with Alexis’ singing after a race during the Flash Series. The Sand Dancers elegant dancing were a perfect match with Alexis’ ability to sing and the three have been frequently seen together when Alexis was singing. Even Hafiz Nejem of the same team enjoyed the time the Raqisas sisters were having. As a result, Alexis was found singing more often and many people began to enjoy it. Many fans even requested Alexis to sing some of Hatsune Miku’s songs during races, who also sang at the season’s opening ceremonies. Alexis also made friends with the Makanian Amazons of Goteki 35, Goteki 45’s junior team, who also happened to be fond of her singing talent as well and put her through intense and tough physical training and she became a great pilot along with the Miracle Eight. However, not everyone enjoyed her singing.

Amongst the many people who enjoyed her singing, only one notable person grew a distaste for Alexis’ talent for singing and racing and stuck out like a sore thumb. Balawyn Samirsdøttir, second pilot for the professional Qirex racing team, was annoyed of Alexis’ singing throughout the course of the JX350 league, though it never reached the peak where her irritation went out of her control. She kept her cool the entire time and let her displeasure of Alexis slowly evaporate from her mind. After all, she did the same when she broke Xavier’s record at Vineta K Reverse while singing a classic metal song during the entire session almost provoking him, not to mention how many people who would be angered and outraged at her by such an act. Some of the racing fans who took note suspected a rivalry was going to be formed between her and Alexis, but it never really came to it. Rory had a private conversation with her when he found her irritated after one of the events Alexis completed during the Virtual series and walked away during Alexis’ singing to a group of people who were interested:

    (Rory) “You alright?”
(Balawyn) *takes a deep breath before letting out a deep sigh* “Yeah, I’m good.”
(Rory) “You didn’t look like it when you were around her.”
(Balawyn) “Yeah, I was, really irritated. I felt like I was going to hit her sooner or later.”
(Rory) “I know what you’re thinking, but that’s just her nature. There are many fans who like her talent. You just need to keep it from getting to you.”
    (Balawyn) “I know.” *sighs “It’s just…”
    (Rory) “Just what?”
(Balawyn) “…It would seem that I have reaped what I sow.”

Much like Mizuki, Hitomi, and Ayaka, she was also being flirted with by Petia Romanov of Qirex. The guy was known for harassing the girls from the other teams and Alexis was not exempt from this. At one given point, Petia made a remark about Alexis’ size and her body. Though Alexis initially ignored this, Petia continued to harass her to the point where he started a rivalry between each of the girls in the racing league, including Alexis. However, his piloting skills were very below average and he had a difficult time in beating some of the girls, particularly the girls of the Miracle Eight. After Petia made one too many remarks about the girls as well as attempts to sexually harass her and the others, Alexis, along with Mizuki, Hitomi, and Ayaka, gave him the boot between the legs to end his attempts to bother them for good. Andrea Santiago of Goteki 45 hopes that she can see that side of the girls again a bit more frequently. Alexis has also made friends with Mercutian De Gautet of Van-Uber and both have been seen practicing with each other along with her friends to help him hone his skills.

Ayaka has also made friends outside the junior leagues. Buster Harding of Triakis gave the young girl martial arts lessons in case anyone like Petia Romanov came along again to harass her, pushing her hard as he did with her friends. He has said that her skills are on par with her friends and she can defend herself if needed. Another friend she made was an oddball, Sekhar Sahib of Harimau International. While the two teams of AG-Systems and Harimau were stern rivals, the two pilots have been sharing advice on how to tackle the Zone track of Pro Tozo, after he saw the girl navigate the track with such finesse that even he took interest in the girl and both have been training with each other to master the mystical Zone track. He has even asked if Auricom are as scary as they say after his elimination from one of the former pilots of the team, Torogu Ukantu, in which he has grew a deep-seated fear of them. Alexis told him that some of them are not as bad as he thinks when she referred him to her friends who were on the team. Many racing fans have said the two have got along well with each other.

Alexis is also one of the members of the Miracle Eight, a group of attractive and cute boys and girls who pull off some of the most difficult moves in the AG-racing leagues and sometimes even made comebacks from insurmountable odds. Of all of the girls in the group Alexis was the second most cutest of the girls of the group when the fans ran a voting contest to see who is the cutest and most attractive of them all, with Mizuki taking the title, and is also one of the more talented girl thanks to her ability to sing. Alexis was also the girlfriend of Sora Akiyama, who is on the same team as her. She has admitted that it was his ‘cute androgynous body’ that attracted her to him and both of them have been in love with each other since.

Alexis continued to sing to her hearts content until Polina Petrov, who was now a part of Tigron Enterprises, showed up during the Rapier series and caused the injury to many of the competitors on the track. The Miracle Eight, including Alexis, was able fire up many of their team’s ships to get some of the injured competitors to the Kyoto Hospital after the ‘Race of Infamy’ in Metropia. It was said that all of the competitors who were injured were saved thanks to their efforts. As Joes Peeters said in his own words regarding the Miracle Eight’s intervention, “We wouldn’t be able to save them all if it weren’t for them. I would personally like to extend my greatest gratitude to the Miracle Eight for their valiant efforts to get the injured to the hospital.” It was only the beginning of Polina’s rampage as she began to target the Miracle Eight on the track, including Alexis Anderson. When she failed to injure them, Polina then began to target them verbally by using misinformation against them, however, the racing fans continued to boo against Polina, knowing her words were false. This eventually resorted in Polina using weapons fire against the spectators, though with the Entertainment Confinement Systems Cage active, most of the weapons were unable to harm the fans, most of them. During the Rapier Series tournament at Metropia, Polina used a cannon to target the spectators and a cannon shot breached the ECS, resulting in some of the spectators injured as a result, though Joes Peeters was on site with the medics and a working ambulance shuttle to save the injured spectators who were bleeding out as a result of the cannon fire shrapnel. Alexis, despite being a pacifist for most of the season, knew that Polina has gone too far. She began to use the weapons on Polina to erase her ship from existence. Ayaka and Scarlett also teamed up with Alexis to take on Polina and her indestructible ship. It was then that they discovered a crack in Polina’s ship during the Rapier Series Tournament. The three pilots remembered its location so that they can use it against Polina and take her out of the picture for good.

Before the Phantom series began, Alexis, with the help of Ayaka, was able to identify the locations of the structural weakness in the Tigron ship and when the Miracle Eight was able to gather the other members of the junior teams together, they were able to plan out a way to destroy the TIgron ship during the Phantom Series Tournament. When the tournament came about and with the surprising support of Peeters and Samirsdøttir, Alexis was able to get a number of hits off of the Tigron ship to damage it to the point where nobody would be able to see it, not even the Tigron engineers. When the final race of the tournament came about, the Miracle Eight executed the plan along with the help of the other junior teams and destroyed the Tigron ship. Alexis, along with the other members of the Miracle Eight, were given the title the ‘Heroes of AG-Racing’ for saving many of the injured competitors back at Metropia and destroying the Tigron craft, forcing the team to drop out of the JX350 league for good. Alexis was relieved when word of Tigorn’s and the BSV’s dismantlement got to her. She would go on to finish the season along with her team and friends, resuming her singing during the final tournament, which she was so well-known for.

Much like her friends, she was one of the top pilots of the JX350 racing league, matching even Kel Solaar, the greatest AG-pilot of all time. Her talent was well-noted across the globe and Alexis gained many fans across the world, as well as a large amounts of money from her paychecks via sponsors. Alexis still visits her hometown of Chicago from time to time to see her friends there as well as her late family. As a result of her reputation across the globe, Chicago has welcomed her home with open arms when she visited the city before the Phantom series and before the last two races of the final tournament of the JX350 league, giving her the title ‘The Chicago Girl’. She continues to deepen her relationship with her boyfriend from Japan, Sora Akiyama, who is on the same team as her. And much like Michael and Mizuki, the two plan to marry and start a family. Alexis has said she always wanted to have a family and be with the boy of her dreams and she looks to fulfill that dream, as well as becoming one of the greatest pilots of AG-racing in history.

    Bio

In AG-racing, weapons have become a popular part of the sport despite their initial controversial showing in the F5000. There have been a number of pacifists and aggressive race pilots on the grid throughout the racing sport’s history. From pacifist Wolfgang Van-Uber, who went on to start his own racing team Van-Uber Racing Developments, to some of the aggressive pilots today, such as Xavier Chaffin and sometimes Vincent Stephenson of Triakis Industries. However, it’s good to balance both aggression and racing skill together in order to win races and one junior pilot knew this well, and despite his reserved and timid nature, he was able to secure podium finishes and even win races. Sora Akiyama is the junior pilot of AG-Systems, who was able to balance both natures of racing despite his own timid nature, who is also one of the more attractive boys of the Miracle Eight along with Michael Sanderson from the same team.

Sora was born in the city of Kawasaki in Japan, just southwest of the country’s capital, Tokyo. As the only son of a lower class family, Sora managed to get by on his own when his mother and father passed away after they were involved in an accident when they were arguing over who should take care of their only son instead of being concerned for their own safety. He was soon orphaned and was given special care by the orphanage and lived out his childhood quietly. While at the orphanage, he did a lot of work from cooking to house cleaning for the kids and helped out the employees there as well. He was also given a lot of education during his time at the orphanage. Despite his timid nature, he has made friends with many of the employees there.

A notable feature about Sora was his body. Despite taking part in many physical activities, his body didn’t gain any muscle mass whatsoever. After many physical examinations, it was clear that Sora wasn’t gaining any muscle mass. The cause of why this was the case remains unknown. As a result, Sora was unable to gain any muscle mass and inherited his androgynous body. However, he was still able to participate in many physical activities, though many doctors have questioned if Sora can participate in many of the physical sports today.

On August of 2211, Sora received an invitation from the Good Smile Racing Academy in Tokyo after he show great marks in his school. He was a bit nervous at first since he didn’t have many friends around his age, but one of his teachers recommended him to the school so that he can make some friends there and help him further his studies. He then accepted the invitation and traveled to Japan’s capital to attend the academy. Unlike the special schools he went to, the academy was filled with students from various countries around the world who also received the invitation to the academy as well. Many different backgrounds and ethnicities filled the international academy. The academy also held very high standards than the normal school, though Sora was able to pass the initial evaluation when he took it with the other potential students of the academy, albeit he barely passed with a seventy percent flat grade. Sora even questioned if he even had potential to stay in the academy. He then began to look around for some friends in the academy and soon ran into two students from America. Alexis Anderson and Eric Patterson were the two students Sora came across and despite his timid nature, he was able to make friends with them. Before they could go to the opening ceremonies however, they were quickly surrounded by bullies of the academy who were recently recruited by Polina Petrov, the leader of the bullies. However, they were quickly scattered when someone stepped in. That person who took care of the bullies was Michael Sanderson, another student at the academy along with his childhood friend, Johnathan Hale. Sora was very timid of the new students that were around him, but with the help of Michael, he was able to muster up as much courage as he could and stay with the other seven students. He soon found out that he’ll be around them for most of his life.

During the second part of the evaluation, Sora and his friends were locked into the simulator after a lightning bolt struck the building. For the next two hours, they remained in the simulator until it was finished. They were soon pulled from the simulator and moved to the infirmary. The doctors soon discover that while the eight students were okay, something changed about the eight of them. Their bio readings were completely off the charts and their evaluation results showed it clearly as day. Their results were so extraordinary that nobody was able to top it to this day. While Sora’s body didn’t show the results of the bio readings, his results did. His strength, endurance, dexterity, memory, knowledge, and responses were amplified by a great amount that nobody knows how Sora went from being unfit for AG-racing to being one of the most athletic people in the world despite his androgynous looks. As a result, he was able to pass every physical and academic exams with ease.

While Sora’s androgynous body was questioned from time to time by some of the doctors, others saw him as one of the cutest looking boys of the academy, alongside with Michael Sanderson. While Sora was nervous about his increasing popularity amongst the students, he was having fun and a smile surfaced on his face for the first time in a while. With Alexis Anderson as his girlfriend, someone who is helping him with his life, Sora’s began to live his life to his fullest. He even took part in the invention festival with his friends, helping Michael, Eric, and Ayaka create AG-hover boards. He even aced the toughest physical activities that Buster Harding, body builder and AG-racer of Triakis, who came over to the academy and made a lot of demanding physical activities for the students, put before Sora.

Sora was truly an oddball, but in a very good way. He soon graduated with top honors and marks with his friends and went on to race for AG-Systems alongside with Michael Sanderson, Mizuki Nakajima, Alexis Anderson, and Jessica Caluroso. He was soon presented to the AG-Systems team and many raised a couple of eyebrows, questioning how an unfit person like Sora managed to get into AG-racing. However, he was able to debunk the naysayers during practice, pulling off many perfectly timed barrel rolls and perfect laps with ease, not to mention his racing lines were perfect. Appearance didn’t play a part in determining if he could be flight capable or not. Sora was given the secondary pilot status for the junior racing league, the JX350, alongside with Alexis and Jessica, though he took part in the racing league.

During the JX350 racing league, Sora took part in mostly solo events; Time Trials, Zone, and Detonator in particular. Soon however, he was placed in races with other contenders and many expect him to have issues winning races due to his timid nature. But this didn’t seem to be the case. Sora hardly used weapons at first; only using the Turbo, Shield, and Autopilot pickups when he got one, sometimes using Mines and Bombs; the rest he’d absorbed. Sora has also taken a page out of Assegai’s second pilot Nyoko Kassan’s playbook and has used the other ships as shields to prevent weapons from damaging his own ship, particularly Triakis and Qirex; something that Nyoko himself is envious about. Despite being a pacifist for the most part, Sora was soon challenged by Petia Romanov of Qirex when he challenged Sora for his girl, Alexis Anderson, of the same team. A lot of racing fans expected Sora to have problems with Petia when this happened, but Sora stepped up his game and was able to beat him in every event he took part in; even in tournament races, where he used Petia as a shield or even using weapons on him. Sora made Petia bad in front of the public and when he attempted to get physical with the girls, Sora stepped in and intervened, something that surprised a lot of people given his timid nature. Soon the rivalry between the two ended with the girls of the junior teams of AG-Systems and Auricom gave Petia a boot between the legs, which earned the kids the respect of Andrea Santiago of Goteki 45, who wanted the kids to show that they weren’t going to take it lying down.

Sora has made many friends on the track. The Mirage junior squad, MAGEC, quickly became friends after the Raqisas sisters, as well as Hafiz Nejem, flew alongside him during training. The Makanian Amazons of Goteki 35, Goteki’s junior team, made friends with Sora and decided to give him and his friends’ special training. Much like his friends, Sora underwent training from the Makanian Amazons, consisting of Scarlett Arekuruu, Yin Ruan, and Hyun Gim, on their home island near Makana. Just like his friends, he went through some of the most physically and mentally intense training he has ever done. Scarlett in particular gave him and Michael some special training and took special care of the two boys. Nobody knows what Scarlett did to the two boys, but whatever the two boys went through, their results were clear for many of the racing fans to see.

The two boys were some of the most attractive and cutest boys on the racing circuit and many girls have admitted that they would fall for them at first sight. Sora is also a member of the Miracle Eight, a group of attractive children consisting of four boys and girls who pull off some of the most impossible feats in racing and even have made comebacks in insurmountable odds. Sora was given runner-up, just behind Michael Sanderson for being one of the cutest boys of the four after many racing fans voted on who is the most attractive boy of the Miracle Eight. The couples of the Miracle Eight were like matches made in heaven. Michael with Mizuki, Johnathan with Hitomi, Sora with Alexis, and Eric with Ayaka. The four couples were given the title the “Best Couples of the Century”, with Sora and Alexis being the runner-up for being the cutest couple just behind Michael and Mizuki.

Of course, this was not to last forever. During the Rapier Series of the JX350, the Miracle Eight got a nasty surprise when their biggest rival from their academy showed up who is now a pilot for Tigron Enterprises, Polina Petrov. Thankfully for him, he was still taking part in solo events for the most part when she returned and the fact that she isn’t a good pilot to begin with meant that he was triumphing over her during those events. However, it was in weapon events like races and Eliminators that made her a serious threat. When the race of infamy came about after an EMP went off, Sora was one of the few pilots to fire up his ship and rescue one of the injured pilots, Kulap Metharom of Harimau. He was able to get her to the hospital safely and she thanked him when she was carted away to the hospital ward when they got there. The team principle of Harimau, Manjula Vamatharen, thanked Sora for helping their pilot get to the hospital in a desperate moment. Still, with Tigron on the track, more problems soon followed.

With Polina causing a lot of damage on and off the track, many teams were weary of going after her. It was soon that she started to provoke some of the other pilots on the grid that got the other teams’ attention. She soon targeted the Miracle Eight and called Sora ‘nothing but a coward’. While he has been taking part in mainly solo events, he soon found himself facing off against Polina herself during Zone Battle, Eliminator, and Race events. Some of the engineers of the Japanese team saw the fire in Sora’s eyes that he wanted to take a piece of her; even Michael Sanderson, lead pilot of the junior team, knew that Sora wanted to race against her and was more than happy to let him race, no matter how dangerous it was. He was now building up courage to race with others and soon found himself darting around the competitors to get to Polina and give her a plasma bolt or two. However, thanks to the indestructible Tigron Bull, Polina found ways to bully her way to the front. It didn’t stop Sora from at least getting hits off of her, which astonished the crowd and contributed to finding a crack within the ship’s hull. As a result, he was beginning to race with others more often and he even helped the Miracle Eight plan out a way to destroy the Tigron ship when they met with the other junior pilots of the other teams.

Sora was responsible for some of the hardest hits on Polina ship during the Phantom Series. While he wasn’t able to beat Polina on some occasions due to her getting lucky and her ship able to regenerate lost shield energy overtime due to illegal technology, he was able to land eight plasma bolt hits on her ship, the most weapon hits with the plasma in AG-racing history, which gave the other junior members of their team’s motivation to attempt to eliminate her. It wasn’t until the Phantom Tournament of the series however, when Polina was finally eliminated from the race and banned permanently from the sports and other kinds as well, along with Tigron and the BSV, who were later dismantled. While Michael Sanderson took the credit in destroying the ship, who was also congratulated by everyone around him – even Rory Pinewood of Qirex gave him credit where it was due, Sora was given the credit of dealing the most damage to the Tigron ship that even Kulap of Harimau, Daphne Summers of Triakis, and Rory gave him a good clap on the back in contributing the most when his help was needed. He went on with his team and friends to compete in the Season Finale of the JX350 league and take the first JX350 cup with his team.

Sora has drastically changed for the better throughout the first JX350 racing season. While he can still sometimes be reserved and timid, he has become a courageous pilot who would do anything for his friends and his team, making Sora the most ‘Improved Pilot’ of the league’s first season. His flying skills have even surpassed some of the professional racing pilots of the era and many race analysts and experts have said that he can match the skills and caliber of Kel Solaar, the greatest AG-pilot of all time. To this day, Sora continues his relationship with his girlfriend, Alexis Anderson, and both plan to marry sometime in the future. He continues to improve himself and his team for the next season and many will soon see him as one of the greatest AG-pilots of the era.

    Bio
Thierry Caluroso is AG-Systems’ prodigy and plans to take Katsu Sasaki’s place as lead pilot once he retires. Thierry has become the pilot to look out for when he takes lead pilot status for the team and his skills on the track showed, when he astonished everyone with his lap times and the barrel rolls he pulled off. He is the next big thing and looks to match or even surpass Kel Solaar, the greatest AG-pilot of all time. However, if there is one person that can get close to his caliber or even match his skills, it would be a Frenchwoman, or girl for that matter. That girl is Jessica Caluroso, a young French girl who races for AG-Systems’ junior team ‘Friends in Speed’ and is the younger sister of Thierry himself.

Jessica was born in Bordeaux, three years after her brother, Thierry, was born. Like her brother, she took interest in AG-racing at a young age and both were soon seen flinging AG-karts around the tracks in Bordeaux as best they could. Unlike her brother however, Jessica was slow to learn, but soon was able to hang with him. Both brother and sister caught the attention of FEISAR and were offered a place in FEISAR Study. Both pilots soon became regular sightings as reserve pilots at race weekends, the Caluroso duo often impressed in practice sessions but were always sidelined for the more popular Italian in the team, Ezio Di’Rosso. They became close friends with a lot of the paddock during this period, most notably Vincent Stephenson of Triakis whenever he came to the tracks for testing purposes. Thierry’s patience with FEISAR only lasted for a short while though before he and his sister set out to find a place to fly at the same time as his friend did.

The two soon found a team to fly for when they were undergoing experimentation, that team was AG-Systems. However, the team had almost all of their race seats full when both came to apply for a seat. As a result, only Thierry was able to gain the final race seat, leaving Jessica on the sidelines for much of the FX300 to FX400 leagues. However, during this time Thierry learns about a new academy opening up in Japan, which was near the main facility of AG-Systems. When they got an invitation to attend the Good Smile Racing Academy, Thierry sent her sister there off the bat so that she can refine her skills while he was racing for AG-Systems during the last FX400 season. When Jessica got there, she took the first part of the initial evaluation and score a ninety percent, despite the school’s high standards.

While Jessica was there, a valuable possession of hers was stolen from someone when she was eating lunch. When she found out who stole it, she ended up eavesdropping on a conversation where a particular bully was sent by the leader of the group of bullies to steal valuables in an attempt to recruit more members. She then followed the bully to their leader, Polina Petrov, who was causing chaos among the school. After discovering the leader and her attempts to recruit more members for her growing influence, she soon hatched a plan of her own to get her pendant back – which included a photo of her and her brother, Thierry. She stepped forward and Polina soon found the pendant’s owner who was brave enough to stand before her and said:

(Polina) “If you want your precious pendant back, you’ll have to join me on my conquest in taking over the academy.”

Jessica accepted the offer and began working in Polina’s shadow while secretly finding a way to get her pendant back and find out how many valuables were stolen. She found out through another student that many valuables were stolen just to recruit others, only to not give them back to their respective owners. Jessica then began to look around for any students who were willingly to go against Polina and her tyranny. She soon found that eight students were able to evade Polina’s first attempt to rob them, only to be surrounded by her gang for a second time. When the head director of the academy stepped in and broke up the gang, Jessica made contact with one of the students who was about to be robbed. She then explained the situation to him and she gave him the information on what was going on and what they needed to do in order for Polina to lose her grip on the academy. The boy that introduced himself to her was Michael Sanderson, an American student, and they soon began to work together with his friends.

Jessica was one of the few students to break Polina’s record on the get go when the second evaluation came about, though the results weren’t displayed until the end of the evaluation and eight other students would do better than her. During the second evaluation, Jessica met another student at the academy before the evaluation and both girls took it together. The student in question is Setsuko Tanaka, a Japanese student who is also a test pilot for Auricom and AG-Systems. As both passed the evaluation with flying colors, both girls became friends and began to work with each other to graduate from the academy. Both girls, along with Michael and his friends soon became the top students of the academy.

As she enjoyed the perks of being one of the top students in the academy, Jessica continued to monitor Polina’s activities while working with Michael and his friends to help them loosen Polina’s grip on the school by breaking all of Polina’s race records of the school. While she didn’t have the style of her eight friends, she did have the skills of an AG-racer and showed it to the academy during race days on the track that surrounded the school, astonishing everyone around her as she was one of the two students alongside Setsuko to keep up with Michael and his friends, who were only using their hover boards and their Adaptive Flight Suits, made by Mizuki Nakajima, a close friend of hers. Eventually, Polina lost her grip on the academy and Jessica was able to get her family pendant back from Polina. She then helped Michael and his friends get their stuff back from the Bulgarian student before her expulsion from the school. She then went on to graduate from the school in 2214 with excellent marks and top honors.

Around the same time, AG-Systems’ and Auricom’s team principle, Sakura Tanaku and Jessie Fairbank, were at the school to pick out the top ten students of the academy to race for their junior teams. Sakura, after seeing her brother Thierry race with such finesse for AG-Systems at such a young age, chose Jessica for her team along with Michael, Mizuki, Alexis, and Sora. She would be glad that brother and sister would be together on the same team. When the kids got there, Sakura made a surprise announcement and presented the five pilots of the ‘Friends in Speed’ junior team. With Jessica as one of their pilots, Thierry was impressed to see his sister improve within three years of being apart and hopes that she can help the team take the first JX350 league.

When the JX350 league came about, Jessica showed off her prowess to everyone. She was able to score a number of top finishes in the JX350 league in every race she took part in. She wasn’t exactly like her brother, but she was close enough to make her noticeable by the crowd and the fans. Thierry continued to spectate the JX350 league that her sister was taking part in while he was participating in the FX500 league that was going on alongside the JX350 league, monitoring her progress. At the same time, she has made many friends in the racing league including the Makanian Amazons, the MAGEC junior team of Mirage, Mercutian De Gautet of Van-Uber, as well as Vincent Stephenson and Buster Harding of Triakis, who are friends with her brother. During the Virtual Series, Thierry wanted to train Jessica personally and run tests on AG-Systems’ newest line of craft that were being developed and did not take part in the Virtual series. However, Jessica was able to fly some of AG-Systems’ newest craft and experienced them before anyone else did and also did some tuning on some of the current craft including the FX500 fleet of ships in AG-Systems’ main facility.

Jessica, her friends, and AG-Systems soon got a nasty surprise when Tigron return to the grid for the Rapier Series. Jessica herself was a lot more surprised when she saw a familiar face piloting the Bull ship. Polina Petrov, rouge student of the academy she went to who underwent some changes. Jessica kept a close eye on the newly changed girl whilst keeping her attention on the track, hoping that Polina wouldn’t take her aggression out on the other competitors on the track. However, her worst fears came true when Polina eliminated the other competitors during the first race of the week on Metropia Reverse, which was dubbed the ‘Race of Infamy’. Undaunted however, Jessica was one of the few pilots to help get the Netika Ambulance Shuttles back up and running when they were disabled by the EMP emitted from Polina’s Bull ship. It was thanks to her that many civilians who were caught in the blast were saved and even Joes Peteers, chief ambulance pilot and lead pilot for Assegai, admitted that she and the Miracle Eight were able to pitch in and save a lot of people on that day. However, it became clear that Polina wanted revenge for what the Miracle Eight, Jessica, and her friend Setsuko ‘did’ to her back at the academy a few years ago. Polina branded Jessica as a ‘traitor’ to her cause. When Thierry asked her what Polina was talking about, she explained what Polina did back at the academy and she got friends together to help her. Thierry believed every word she said and wanted her to keep an eye on Polina.

On the flipside, her friends were enjoying success. The Miracle Eight consisting of Michael, Mizuki, Alexis, Sora, Johnathan, Hitomi, Eric, and Ayaka were becoming very popular globally and have said that the friends they made, including Jessica, gave them the support when it was needed. Hafiz Nejem of MAGEC won his first gold at Modesto Heights and Alqamar and Alshshams Raqisas of the same team won their first gold medals in a race in Ubermall and a Time Trail run in Metropa respectively. Mercutian De Gautet of Van-Uber won his first gold medal of the season at Ubermall a week after Alqamar won hers and Jessica and her friends helped each of them celebrate the occasion. However, Polina began to overshadow their success, causing a lot of damage in the JX350 league. She soon discover a weakness in Tigron’s Bull ship and was able to get as much data as possible on the crack in the hull of the ship, which was then transmitted to Ayaka Hamasaki of Auricom when she was looking for information on how to destroy the so-called invincible ship. When the racing league came to Tech De Ra, the Bull ship was destroyed with the help of Jessica when she was able to monitor the ship’s status and sent data to each pilot who were competing in the last race of the tournament in the Phantom series to aid them in the destruction of the ship. Many of the pilots have said that Tigron would’ve caused a lot more damage if it weren’t for Jessica’s help.

While Jessica didn’t take part in the season finale tournament of the first JX350 racing league, she did help her team with the tuning of the AGS-400 to help her friends secure the JX350 cup along with Auricom. Michael, Mizuki, Alexis, and Sora have said Jessica has become their best friend and she continues to help them whenever she could. Jessica might not have the popularity of her friends, but she has the skills of her friends and looks to take in the next JX350 season. The sister of Thierry Caluroso, the prodigy of AG-Systems, many analysts see her taking his place one he retires from racing. Only time will tell if this is the case, but Jessica’s future is bright and she plans to continue her racing career with her friends as long as can.
