After nearly 2 weeks of trying to get this match happening it finally did.
Luna was upset about something in her private life and I was drunk from 2 bottles of red wine and some some French pear Cider, after 2 strong coffees I managed to scrap my way around the chosen tracks with all the dignity I could muster, I only eliminated myself once [Respect!]

A unsurprising 7 LUNA 0 Blackwiggle result.

It's all about the competing, not the result.
The "Let's be friends" Wipeout catch cry is still alive and well.

My heart was pounding out of my chest for these I only managed to win a few through luck - Metropia Rev and Ubermall were both come-from-behind wins thanks to lucky weapon drops, and I kept getting turbos while Ace3cube got none on Amphiseum (and it was still close!). The others were blowout wins for Ace3cube as expected

Congrats to Ace3cube and thanks not only for the great races but for recording them also

Challenger's Words of Wisdom: If anyone's thinking of doing Zone Battle on any track other than the Pure 4, get yourself considering a heavier ship. The Harimau and Assegai were bouncing all over Amphiseum like two very excitable meth-addicted hamsters on pogo sticks, and I kind of wish I'd been man enough to take my beloved Qirex.

-Ericd7 had to withdraw due to a 2 weeks unavailability. Ichigo takes his seat, and has to play DialgiX in the next 2 weeks.

13! That's the number of meeting already played after just one week of competition. So once again, big thanks to all of you for your support!

We're missing you already. Yeah some of the best pilots around here were eliminated after a deadly round 1. Jeez I'm hating that part of the competition. Really hope to see you guys breaking some AG ships for the next cup!
