I would think that everyone in the round of 64 would have to play at relatively the same time no?

everyone has a 2/3 weeks delay to organise his meeting, in order to sync secret wipeout gaming activities with the weight of real life lol. The sooner the better of course, as it would be awesome to launch round 2 before the end of september.

    Yeah I get that.

What I meant is that everyone in the competition should be organizing/playing their first match now, not just shapealot (Who just got done) right?

Because I'm not sure if everyone understood that point clearly enough. It's just so that there aren't any people left in the dark who didn't know they had to play their match when the current time period for it to be played has ended.

hopefully I spammed 63 people through my ps3, even the administrator of this website lol. Did that for each cup status, woah pain in the ass thing. And I'll quickly make a psn update by pm wth your nice board too. I'm focused on 3/4 people who actually didn't show up since the draw, most of 'em for known reasons (holidays), so the waiting list (1_ Ichigo, 2_MakyuraJT, 3_Z1) could be used once again.

i got the tooth surgery done...

    its out of the mouth.

an absessed tooth. i guess having it out is better than dying from yellow fluid produced from it. and then not making the next rounds or anything else.

I'm actually studying this possibility UB3R~JKP , if this one is a success, and if the community can survive the Gt5 wave, we'll certainly renew the experience.

Nutcase:259, that's ok, you guys will stay in the 3 weeks window so everything's fine. 2 weeks delay was "hopefully", 3 weeks is ok too.

    Incoming result ...

I have the pleasure to announce that Mr. Tarquin is through to the next round

    A tremendeous battle it was!

    Seb FW: Tarquin
    Anulpha FW: Tarquin
    Uber REV: Tarquin
    Metropia FW: JJ
    Anulpha REV: JJ
    Vin K REV: JJ
    (All phantom - No Weps)

    And finally ...
Anulpha FW Rapier Weps On: Tarquin

Long time since I´ve felt so much intensity wipeouting.
The only thing that could make it better was if Tarquin and I were actually sitting in the same room sharing some redwine, while wiping

Tarquin: Best of luck to you in the rest of the tourney - A pleasure racing with (and against) you, mate

Update (JPG for use in forum)
    Update (PNG full quality)

I am working on better compression but I don't know if I can get it as close to 50KB but with less quality loss.
    I can't.

JJ, as always, i had a great time racin' wi you. it's a total bummer one of us had to go out on the first round.

it was a close one, I was god damn quakin' by the last race, even the wine couldn't calm me. the weed helped tho thought it was a nice touch each of us won our races of choice.

recorded these races, they should be up in a few hours, hopefully

i'll do my best to make sure your early exit counts for something lol, cant promise anythin' tho

    Cheers

    Here's mine and JJ's races http://www.youtube.com/user/TarquinF...ACCAC139B1EC45

First of all I would like to thank Kanar about the awesome idea he had, organizing this big Avalon Cup. How can you resist to such dedication coming out from the crazy mind of our beloved Kanar.
As i can see, i am not the only one wiping the dust from HD' controller : that should be extremely interesting and on top of that a great moment to spend with friends we already raced in the past or new faces with strong skill.
I can't resist to quote few members so here it is :

I've sent Onlock a PM. I've been having trouble getting on here with my Colonel__Gaddafi account so I've created a new one. I'm hoping to play Onlock sometime around Tuesday / Wednesday.
