Your best bet is to say you want to host a BB race ,say next weekend for example.
It's getting easier to get now that more people have this trophy already,it used to be a real pain.
Propose a Day/Date and time [make it GMT] and say anybody that want's in to respond at this thread, wait till you have at least 5 if not 8,you should be able to rope friends in amongst you to make up the numbers.
Have whoever joins added to your friends list.
Open a chat room on the day, before the race, and have all join.
Have some standby people in case of no shows.
Make sure all are wearing chrome.
Check that everybody got the trophy before anybody leaves the room.
