Sorry to be such a n00b but I was wondering if you could play W3 SE on an NTSC TV using this PS-X-Change. http://www.baysoftgames.com/psxchange.html I've searched around on the forums and know this kind of question has been asked to death but I couldn't find anything about this posible solution

i have that disk and no, it doesn't convert PAL to NTSC. that's a hardware issue and not a software issue. in fact, i think there might be some difference in an american ps1 and a brit ps1 cus even with a scan line converter, mine comes out in black and white. anyone know what i'm talking about?
Patch your copy WO3:SE from PAL to NTSC.
This is of course if you do have the original retail cd.
