Rapier class wc

The WC organization has been taken by those who have raced the most and at the fastest speed.

Fair enough,no point arguing about that.

What about the Rapier & flash speed pilots?

Well it's up to you people to sort it if you want it.

I think it would be worthwhile for you to sort a separate comp out.

BUT,If I were you,,anybody that was a participant in the Phantom WC is automatically NOT eligible for participation in the Rapier / Flash WC

Lets keep this nice & fair.

im interested and will sign up. i think its a fantastic idea for the ones that dont race phantom like myself and i like the idea of only being able to sign up to one not both so we can have multi winners not one ya.

Good idea Blackwiggle, but I don't think this Rapier WC have to be organized like original WWC. It will be 100 times harder to have lot of teams and people. I have some ideas for this :

1. Choose a date : just one day or two consecutive days, with time table.
2. Open registration : team of 4 pilots (with optional substitutes), team should be national if possible, or union of different people for little WipEout nations.
3. Five days before the event, close the registration and arrange the format of the cup depending on number of teams who will take part in.

I would be well up for this. Think Phantom WC is just a bit beyond me and I've been loving my rapier races lately and am more able to get top 100 times on rapier than phantom

I never play anything other than phantom with PA off.
