R8 have new funding to guarantee game completion

I just fired up Steam [first time in several months] and by coincidence found that R8 have just posted that they secured new funding that will take them to game completion [expected delivery now Q3 2016 ]

They have also stated that they have been talking to publishers about console versions, so that's back on track as well.

I don't know if the message at Steam has also been repeated on their Facebook page, but I expect so...If true to form, I somehow doubt if anybody has bothered to post at their ghost town of a forum though.

Yes, the message was relayed via the FB and Twitter accounts too. Still no developer posts on the official forum, it was posted second hand on there
