Pure DLCs

Greetings WipEoutzone I am new and I was wondering about obtaining the wipEout pure download packs.

I know that they are no longer available on the wipeout pure website. Is there any way I can get them? I have the EU version. Any help would be highly appreciated as I have wanted the DLCs since their release.
