Any hidden / unlockable camera modes? Nose cam?

I love the nose cam on most racing games I play.. and it pains me to see there actually is a nose cam while watching the demos or replays. It looks so damn cool.

Please tell me there is a way to unlock it ...

Unfortunately there isn't. Sorry.
Perhaps if one could run the game on PC and find with a memory editor how this works it could be done, but this is pure speculation on my part on the extent of what these programs can actually do.

Memory Editor, eh? Maybe I can finally fly the course with the camera set to 'Track' mode.

Damn. I was hoping it might be unlockable with a cheat code. Maybe they couldn't get it just right on some tracks. I have a much harder time playing this game with the 1st person cam than the PSX series.

Memory editor.. not impossible. I saw that people create small hacks/patches for use with PCSX2 to enabled widescreen support in some games.
