It would mean a huge amount to the dev team if it won, hope you'll all consider voting

Done! Thanks for the info!

24th August 2012, 03:01 PM
Voted! It'll be hard though, considering some of the nominated games are also pretty good...

Done and dusted!

Voted after seeing Ami's tweet. Hope we get the Elite Pass, to poll position!

I hope if WipeOut 2048 is elected, Sony will understand the message, even if it's too late.

24th August 2012, 09:48 PM
Done and done with my head held high. If it is elected you'd hope Sony take the franchise further, even if only for one last game. Go out with a bang instead of a pop.

24th August 2012, 10:45 PM
I'm going to vote even though I don't own the game. (Should I?)

25th August 2012, 12:21 AM
Done !

They need win. Maybe Sony will understand the bullshit they did.

25th August 2012, 07:57 AM
Done. Sony won't understand a damn thing, but Wipeout deserves at least a little posthumous recognition.

25th August 2012, 09:43 AM
Voted for 2048! Because I love Wipeout :)

25th August 2012, 11:48 AM
me tooz!

25th August 2012, 03:31 PM
Voted. Because I love Studio Liverpool and its legacy. Not because I love 2048 - because I love WipEout!
Thanks for the good times SL

Voted, long live Wipeout!

26th August 2012, 01:06 AM
And once again we are all WipEout fans united. This is beautiful. Besides, as AG racers we're all about the win!

26th August 2012, 08:17 AM
voted an only ever raced one track instore........ wipeout forever

26th August 2012, 03:05 PM
I don't see how wipeout could possibly win. Mario kart has 100 times more users. I don't like Mario kart in the least, as practice doesn't matter in multiplayer, but still, way more people. I also voted for wipeout as a series as well, although as I do love the gameplay, it wasn't even close to being finished. Does anyone play Saturn wipeout games any more? No? No multiplayer, and that is where 2048 is headed I think. I really hope wherever the game is going, that perhaps they can add a few touches so we can really enjoy the game.

I voted WipEout for the posterity ... otherwise I would have voted Gravity Rush far far ahead.

Voted! It's my favorite game on Vita by far (Gravity Rush is fun but overall I prefer WipEout). I just wish I could race A/A+ races online instead of all these Combat and B/C class races... they're really boring to the point where it's a chore to get to level 50 instead of an enjoyable experience. I'm at 36 right now... long way to go -.- If these were A/A+ races I wouldn't even notice the time since I'd be having fun. Instead it's such a pain.

Now that Studio Liverpool is gone I guess there's no hope. Well, I hope WipEout wins (though it's a long shot), then maybe Studio Liverpool will come back? Maybe? (probably not =,( but one can hope =D)

Last call for votes for Wipeout 2048 in the Golden Joystick awards, voting ends on the 22nd!

6th October 2012, 05:44 AM
I think WipEout would certainly get it. It's been though alot already and that it's really a masterpiece on the Vita.

....That's why I'm getting it for Christmas. :D

7th October 2012, 09:18 PM
I voted for it, hopefully it gets it ^^;

16th October 2012, 11:08 PM
Done. Well deserved I say

18th October 2012, 07:11 AM
Done and done. Gravity Rush will probably win but I'm still rooting for Wipeout. Sadly it just doesn't seem to get the exposure it deserves.

Looks like Uncharted won the Best Handheld award. Thanks to everyone who voted anyway, not sure what the final rankings were

Here's the rankings for everyone who wanted to know.

Wipeout was not on the list. :|
