well, i go to play wipeout hd and make's me accept the terms and conditions, and the info for the update:

WipEout HD Patch 2.50 information

- Spectate mode fixed
- AI firing weapons bug fixed
- Incorrect weapon damage bug fixed
- Various Bug Fixed

but the game, is only starts without update xD
