Tell me that this is a UK-Only thing.
If it is a regional thing, and SEAsia does not get it,I'll just leave the PS3 for my O Levels...

There weren't any last time - you just submitted a request and they let you know whether you could go or not.

The one in Glasgow was in a warehouse well out of the town centre. Wasn't particularly glamorous - t'was freezing cold. The way they'd done it up inside was sort of cyberpunk, which was cool.

I'd go again. :)

Here's more info for you guys, have seen the time and I don't think I'd make it. Still, as long as I get into Manchester early enough, will be able to find it.

If I'm going, I'll see you guys there. :D

Applications are open for the exclusive evening events at the four venues. it's on a first-come first-serve basis and there's only 100 places at each. If you're interested, go here and apply. I've applied for the London event on Saturday 17th February

Woo! Got an invite to the Glasgow night next Monday.

Happy days! :D :hyper

Didn't think I'd get one, as I was at the Access event last year, but there you go. The good news is it's not at the arse end of nowhere like the Access event was - I thought I was more likely to be mugged than I was to play Killzone 3 on my way to that! ;)

Hope you'll enjoy your discovering Rob & Stevie :)
There's some events also in France on many shopping centers. There's a few ones near to my location, but i'll wait the euro release to play again 2048, it's great to discover the game, but also very frustrating to leave the place for the next in the queue, lol.

Ah, but sadly time off work would be a luxury I couldn't have had, otherwise I'd have been well up for it ;)

Well, I had a ball there and yes did meet them and they are cool and also met foxy too.

Played 2048 and I am very impressed with this new game but I will not be buying this console due it`s a tad expensive material.

Place was mobbed!:clap

Really? Even on an invite-only night? I dread to think what the public events will be like! :eek

It was rammed! :o

After I saw you, Stevie (in a WipEout Convention hoodie! :+ ), we went downstairs to try and get soft drinks but the bars were only serving alcohol. While we were down there the queue was 40 people deep for Uncharted, but the Virtua Tennis booth only had a couple of people in it, so we had a go of that before trying Rayman and Reality Fighters, then WipEout 2048.

When we came back up stairs I couldn't see you about at all, which is a shame - wanted to catch up with you as it's been a long time. :|

The place was so busy I didn't get to play Uncharted, which was a shame, but of what I tried on the Vita I think it's a great device - really nice, really light, and definitely something I'll buy when I have some spare cash. I think if I bought it tomorrow my first two full price games would be WipEout 2048 and Virtua Tennis - I was really impressed by how good both of those were, so it's hard to believe those are launch titles. :+

Oh, and Ami Nakajima is both hotter than microwaved lava and lovelier than kitten hugs! :D

Foxy, funnily enough, me and Linda did look for you but you just disappear into a thin air but nevermind. Till we will meet again.

Glad you like my hoodie!8) That was the plan.
