Have anyone seen this game before?

I guess since we all seem to enjoy piloting futuristic AG-ships, this game should not be to appaling for this forum.

I have been following the game since 2007, and it's coming together nicely.

If you don't know what it is, the game is a MMO sandbox type game, where our own galaxy (The Milkyway) is represented in full scale, that's right! Where you can go to any solarsystem you wan't to, and land on the planets there.

The game should enter alpha this year, maybe beta by 2011-2012. It's a slowgoing project because all the code comes from one man alone! He gets tons of help on models and textures though, from some of the people on the forums.

It's worth a watch, even just for the amazing game engine he has created - The I-Novae.

That's incredible. I've seen projects like this before, but they always used procedural generation and had a very homogeneous feel.

This game relies heavily on procedural generation, which I think is great.

Procedural generation is the future!
