Is there an equivalent to the havenzoomer for the pal version (pallette swap, or different name for the same ship). Also, did the american version come out first or the pal version? I forgot.

Oh, ok.

I thought maybe it was internet cat-speak for unlocking a fast ship in Wipeout...

"Oh hai der, I haven-zoomer!"

A very fast ship you say? I would love to a video, or at the very least, some screen shots, of this, "havenzoomer". :?:

I tried the Havenzoomer once, I wouldn't call it "fast".
It was a while back though, maybe I wasn't flying it well. 8 )

The EU ship most similar to the Havenzoomer would be the Puma 2.
Which is similar to the Auricom.

But there's no other ship exactly like it, that's for sure.

That's why I own both PAL and NTSC versions of Pure. PAL for the Omega tracks, and NTSC for the Havenzoomer, Daxter and the Patriot ships. Can't see any reason to buy the JAP version but perhaps I've missed something. Dont care much for Cola-skins unless the ships are unique which I don't think they are.

Yeah, there's a unique Coke ship. It's a flying Coke bottle.

No, really. Flying coke bottle.

I wouldn't dare make up something that tacky.

But yes, I agree with you fully, NA and EU are the two "must own" versions.
The NA version more for the bugfix than anything, not all eliminations will bork your scoreboard in that one. There's nothing in the JA version that makes it desirable.
