Pulse license

I have the wipeout pulse addons but they didn't work because i haven't got the license.
So my question is:Has anyone got this license/licenses ?

Everyone who downloaded the DLC from PSN Store on one way or another, has got a license folder and some files in it. That files can't be shared between different PSPs, so, a dead end. ;)

The WipEout Pulse packs are un-hackable. Stop trying, it won't work.
You could buy them, you're in one of the few regions where they are actually sold.
