Today SONY added a Playable Demo of WipEout HD to the PS3 PSN Store.

I know everyone here already has WipEout HD, but I thought that this is pretty good news. WipEout now will have another surge of players and people who have never experienced the game will get their feet wet.

Tell everyone on your friends list to give it a try!

Maybe in the UK but the USA store got it just today. Look at the link.

They might even give them some DLC now,or will they get shafted with that like they did with PULSE :lol

If they also discount it that'll be some bad timing on my part...I only bought it a week ago :(.

Still, great game, and well worth the full price.

Doubt it, if they learned from their mistakes they'll make the DLC playable online worldwide. :X

I'm hoping that additional content will be released as a game update instead of packs. That way everyone will have the new content and it can be used online.

I've got most of my friends with PS3's to go and get HD, they all love it, most people don't know what the hell it is:frown:

Yes, I noticed the HD demo in the PS Store:D

I also received an email from Sony with all of the store updates. Now, my question is this: The demo is categorized as Demo/Add-Ons. Does this mean if we download the demo and we already have the full game/unlock, that perhaps there are some surprises for us? *fingers crossed*

Version number will be 1.25 instead of 1.20, that's all we know.
