OK, one thing is really bugging me. I cannot access the Beta tracks on the Phantom speed level. I've cleared the Alpha stages on Phantom with all gold medals. I don't get it...

If anyone know anything, please let me know. Maybe you have to continue to get more gold medals in order to unlock it? Thanks for the help.
