awww thanks ^^ never thought you guys would like it that much ^^ I might do more picture of the same style for the other teams too ^^ depends on what I can work out with Vue d'Esprit (the AG Systems logo appears in the F500 font in the download area so it was easy to stick it into Vue d'Esprit as text but i'm not too sure about the other logos. Anti aliasing and elevation maps tend to not work too well :\)

Old Assayeah: Love the turning idea :) there might be an animated wallpaper yet! (if the psp can handle it, that is. It might not like animated gifs) I'd consider using the WZ logo if a) the almighty master lets me :P and b) if someone can be as nice as to turn that into a font symbol (since fonts are vector graphics Vue d'Esprit handles them better than an anti aliased picture used as an elevation map)

Daylight, I think the problem is only that the logo is a (pixel-)picture, and not vectors. However, with Adobe Illustrator for example, you could turn it into a vector drawing, and then render it in your program. If you want, I can do that for you, just send me the logo and I'll send it back vectorized in whatever file format your program can read.

Oh and the PSP can definitely handle animated backgrounds, seeing as the standard backgrounds ARE animated. One would just have to find out what file format the PSP is using for those...

Daylight, as much as I love that image, somewhat larger it might work well as a desktop background... for psp it's near impossible to read the text.
is there any chance you could do another with a black background? I don't know if it would work properly for lighting, but please try :)

@ eLhabib: I don't know if vue can handle vectors as elevation maps. It definatly can handle them as fonts, that much I'm sure. If you could tell me what the extensions for vector images are I can check :)

@ Lion: I can read the text just fine on my psp o.o but sure ^^ I might make a bigger version (although I'll have to re-do it from scratch so expect angle differences) and yeah, I could do it on a black background. I'll try it to see if it works :)

so much easier to read my psp text now. I made a few small edits to the colouring on my one, made the little guy more red as a result. I hope you don't mind.
The (ever-so-slightly) altered version is here (http://pages.quicksilver.net.nz/lion/images/agsblackdaylight-edit.jpg) but to be honest even I find the difference almost impossible to see unless viewing the 2 images one after the other on the psp.

love the tetsuo, she really does look like she's straight out of the fluke video :)
as to the glowing AGs guy, I prefer the earlier, simpler one to be honest...
if the glow was done in such away that it's effect on the object was barely noticable, but it lit some of the surrounding black surface with a dull red glow then I think that would look pretty awesome. I have an image in my mind but not the skills to produce it

I just removed an old mucky screen protector that`s been on my PSP for about 8 months. I`d forgotten how beautiful the PSP screen is, and your white AGS looks great and very glossy as a wallpaper, thanks Daylight :)

Mostly they're of the female variety - of varying, yet high degrees of hotness, in my opinion. I make no apologies for the outright bloke-ishness of the female ones, I just happen to like hot women... amongst other things. :D

Well, this is only a semi-background post. I played around with the menus on the psp today and found some nice ones that I tried out (so, not made by me). I did prepare a backgrond to go with the new menus, though. :)
