I believe you have to register or log-in, in the 'My Wipeout Zone' section.
Just click on the Wipeoutzone image at the top of this page and look on the left hand side of the main title page.

No need to be rude I merely misunderstood you. Yes there is a webiste where you can post your records. If you use the search function on the forums you will find the link. (I dont know it off the top of my head).

The main site doesn't have an official ghost download section, though individual members may upload their ghosts to their personal file section, and you can download it from there - but you have to know whose files you're downloading from, though. It would be a good idea to start a PSP thread asking if anyone has ghost data available in their file space.
