perhaps shrink the size of the focus of the wallpapers and put them off to the right?

A lot of people have been making wallpapers for it as of late, but seem to put the interesting part of the image right where the icons are. :(

otherwise, they are nicely constructed (unlike 99.9% of the walls I have seen honestly).

the auricom one looks really sweet, the other one's not bad either. anyway, after some switching aroud wallpapers on my psp I finally chose not to have any, because they get distorted by the menu icons anyway, and basically the wallpaper just confuse my eye when I scroll through the menus. So it's the original sony wave background for me - in blood red 8)

Hypothetically, if I happened to come across a zip file of all of the gold medal unlockable artwork that is already perfectly formatted for a PSP screen and would most likely make for an AWESOME PSP background... would I get in trouble for posting it or the link here???

Agreed, it's an awesome wallpaper, but the Pure logo clashes with the Wipeout 3 style.

Ok, very stupid question...but how do I get wallpapers to display on my PSP? I see no option for it... :?

Not a stupid question at all, it took me a while to work out. The picture itself needs to be in bitmap (BMP) format and must be 480x272 resolution. Place this picture in your photos folder on your memory stick. Go into the main menu and view the image. Press triangle and select "Set as wallpaper" from the menu. Now go to the theme settings in the main menu and set the wallpaper option to "use". This should sort it. :)

Those wallpapers are great, although the first one is the exact same one from the yourpsp.com site.

I normally loathe templates, but the ones on these have actually been made to blend in with the team they are alongside, so they're not quite as bad. :+

To be honest, I never actually use PSP wallpapers. If I see some I like, I just save them to my Memory Stick for perusing afterwards.
