Anyone tried playing over Kaillera / ePSXe?

Just wanted to know if anyone's got any success stories about playing Wip3out / Wip3out SE with the Cyberpad plugin over Kaillera, or whether lag issues render the game unplayable. :)

I havn't tried myself, but I read on the ePSXe forum that those plugins only work well over a LAN - NB they simulate two player mode, not linkup.
