This was sent to me a while back by Nick B.

Sorry it's taken so long to post it, I'd actually forgotten about having it.

That's not Curly. It's Sissy.

You can see a T-shirt of her here.

presumably because it's a Psygnosis studio and Psygnosis did several games, not just Wipeout, and they probably even just doodled from time to time, even apart from an actual produced game. you'd probably see a lot of different artwork on the walls and desks of a design studio
.

well done to all pictured. nick's face is quite familiar, i reckon from the gaming mags i used to read.

thanks for pointing out the difference (http://www.magma.ca/~kwilliam/alpha/dr.htm) between curly and sissy, xeik. didnt she appear on the warp records blechsdottir (http://www.google.com/search?q=blechsdottir&sourceid=mozilla-search&start=0&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8) album in some form?

So, these are the people who actually made the game. Ten of them. Isn't it inspiring?

inspiring for what? to play their games or make a game, isnt it amazing that these ten people are responsible for creating the wipeouts and giving infox an idea to create this website

shem: its only a small cross section of those involved, check your manual. :)

personally i find it inspiring to see the faces of people that have achieved something they are genuinely passionate about.

if this photo was taken in 1997 and wipeout 2097 was released in 1996 (if im not mistaken), was this photo taken at a team reunion? if so it would explain the missing crew members.

pirhana wiper :
Inspiring not to play the game. I played enough WO2097 to know this game more than well, so I don't need to play it again just to proove myself its greatness.
It inspires to create something of my own (I create music, of which some of WZ members may or may not know). I find inspiring the creaters of W'O who had put a goal, worked hard, and achieved it by releasing one of the best games ever (IMO). So everytime I feel like stuck in a dead end of creativity (let's put it this way), I find others ppl success inspiring, the Wipeout 2097 crew for eg. I hope u get the point.

yuusen:
Yeah, I know there were plenty of them, I just think the 10 of them here were quite a representative ones.

Sure, there's some at ---
www.acidplanet.com/taipan

[these are mainly older [basicly not complicated] (tracks made with PC. now I try to figure out Reason 2.5 as it's a powerful, but kinda complicated software, and to build my own home studio]
