Check your emails people.
I got one last night from R8, contents below.

As you may or may not be aware of, we have uploaded forums to the brand new Formula Fusion website. While there currently is no website and it is fully in the works, we thought it would be a good idea for everyone to have a central place to talk to other TPP, Kickstarter, and other future pilots. In order to give you the rewards and for playing the game online (in the future), you will be required to have a website/forum account. What I would like you to do is to create a forum account, once activated, email me back with the following information:

Forum username

Your TPP number

Your TPP package (gold, silver, or bronze)

Your forum email address

This will allow us to setup your forum permissions, usergroup, relevant badges and status, and more.

If you have more than one TPP number and more than one email address because you were purchasing for someone else, then please ask them to sign up for the forums and email me the following information:

Their forum username

Their TPP number

Their TPP package (gold, silver, or bronze)

Their email address

Their forum email address

If you happen to have two copies for yourself then please get back to me stating this.

Hope to see you in the forums soon.

Regards,

Aaron Varshney

So, question... I did not help fund as of yet. Being an American and all, and not really up on to speed on the kickstarter thing, can I donate some how? I'd love to go ahead and sign up for the forum, but I don't have a TPP number obviously. I do intend to at least support later by purchasing the game on release, but I'd also like to help now too if still possible and get in to the forum at the ground level.

Any guidance appreciated in advance! ~mannjon

Thanks Cipher! I missed out on the TPP program, so there should be some stout competition by 2016!

I got no email, maybe because I used the paypal of my father?
I'll check his inbox then... You haven't read that!

The first Alpha build went up this morning [my time], I downloaded it before I went to work and will give it a shot later.[A bit of a bugger trying to work out how to get the download being a Steam noobie of two hours  ]

I had a feeling it would be up for the weekend, so I finally got around to opening a Steam account last night, just after I installed a new graphic card in the PC I'll use for this.....the little USB dongle thingy that allows me to use Xbox 360 controllers wirelessly was in the mail box this morning :D so I've got all the needed hardware and pretty much ready to go.

You should have received an email with a PDF response from R8. Your number will be at the top of that document. Failing that, PM Varsh and he'll look it up for you

Well I haven't been able to get FF to run on my PC, seems I'm not the only one from what I briefly read at the FF forum yesterday, then the forum went down, and has been down for quite a while.....anybody know anything?

From their Facebook (Bleeeeeh) post;

For those that got their Kickstarter keys and activated them. Well we did get the game up on time, it's just that we have to await Valve approval now. If you suddenly see the game go "downloading" then you'll know that Valve has set the game as live. smile emoticon
Thanks for your patience everyone, we wouldn't have even got this far without you.

Dunno about the site though, exceeded the data cap for the server they rented? Ddos attack? (already??) I dunno lol

I just tried again and the site is back up :)
I'm not sure if it was down or something on my computer was blocking it, I found some new site guard had installed itself, which I have since removed...but then again I had no problem accessing any other sites ...??
